It is always possible to reduce the background noise and sometime it is possible to completely remove them. But it depends on the source file, If your audio has enough dialogue signal and the noise is not overpowering the vocals, then Yes it is possible to make it sound professional than before.
I usually take 24-48 hours per episode to edit, but if you have a tight deadline, I am always available for faster turnaround.
I prefer manual editing over automated one. There are audio engineers who uses automated tools to deal with breath sounds in an audio. For me automated process sounds unnatural so I edit them manually in realtime which makes it very clean and natural.
In most cases, yes. It does makes the difference since the RAW audio recorded sounds lengthy, noisy, not levelled and unprofessional, we craft the audio in such a way that it sounds clear, balanced, and broadcast-ready
I do offer as many revisions as possible until we meet your expectations but any new changes asked from you which was not there initially might be chargeable extra $5.

I prefer WAV and AIFF format but if you have formats like mp3 or M4a, It's still okay unless and until the audio quality is not very poor
