I'm very happy with the final product delivered by Qlos. It is clean and professional looking ...exactly what I was looking for. It took a while though, including a number of revisions, with back and forth communication to get there. Qlos is very accommodating which helped the process a lot. In future, I will submit a detailed itemized outline first, and request a summary from Qlos in bullet points of exactly what is needed, prior to him proceeding to avoid any miscommunication and prolonged time-line in future. (I also think that final work needs to be checked 'with a fine tooth comb' before being designated 'final' and delivered). I would definitely recommend Qlos for manuscript/book formatting and InDesign.
