This was my first time formatting a novel, as it’s also my first novel, and I was unsure about handing my hard work over to someone else. I was apprehensive at first, but I quickly realized my book was in good hands. The formatting was being handled by a true professional—someone who clearly knows what he’s doing. He was patient, friendly, knowledgeable, and always timely. I was the difficult one in the process; I had the wrong proofing software and unintentionally made things harder than they needed to be. Yet he remained professional throughout and guided me step-by-step from beginning to end. I cannot recommend his services highly enough.
