I don't recommend if you are basing on KSA but if it's other countries where the data can be more reliable or easier to access through public sources then definitely go for it. I was provided with more leads than initially planned which was nice, and he quickly did the revision that I asked for. It's just unfortunately, I had higher expectations than the results I received.
