A print-ready file is formatted and prepared to the specifications required by a commercial printer — correct colour mode, resolution, bleed and trim marks. Without this, a printer may reject your file or the printed result may not match what you see on screen. Print-ready files are included from the Boost tier upwards.
A dieline is the flat, unfolded template that shows exactly where your packaging folds, cuts, and glues. If you are going to a manufacturer or commercial printer to have physical boxes produced, you will typically need a dieline.
