Revisions apply to the scope agreed at the start of the order. If you want to change something within that scope — layout adjustments, content tweaks, colour changes — we will handle it. Requests that represent new features or a significant change in scope would be quoted separately.
Delivery times shown are our targets once all required materials have been received. The Starter tier targets 4 days, Standard 7 days and Full Suite 10 days. Complex requirements or delayed provision of assets may affect this — we will always communicate timeline updates promptly through the order chat.
At minimum, we need your brand assets (logo, colours, fonts if applicable), written content or a clear brief on what content you want, any design references or inspiration, and your hosting or domain details if hosting setup is included. The more detail you provide upfront, the faster we can deliver.
Yes. We offer post-delivery support to ensure everything runs as expected. If you would like a formal seven-day support window for bug fixes and minor amendments, you can add this as an optional extra at the time of ordering.

Rush Delivery is available on the ReactCraft Standard and CustomBiz Full Suite tiers only. It reduces delivery by 2 days. It is not applicable to the Starter tier, as the standard 4-day window is already the minimum feasible turnaround for that scope.
