It was close to a 5, but the delivery time ended up being significantly longer than expected. Several tasks that initially seemed simple turned out to be more complex for the development team, which slowed progress considerably. The project involved a homepage redesign, and I expected not to have to point out every single issue, especially since I provided a detailed Figma file to guide the work. The time zone difference and language barrier also contributed to delays, and there were days when progress remained blocked without concrete action. However, communication was consistently excellent. They always replied, at any hour, even during weekends, and continuously reassured me that they would keep working and fix the issues in my project. Despite this, some parts were ultimately not completed. I still believe they genuinely tried to satisfy my expectations, and it’s possible that I am simply a very demanding and detail-oriented client.
We hope to see further improvements in the next phase of the project.
