Yes, a self-hosted WordPress website and your login details will be required, unless you choose my Pro package where I can optionally provide you hosting services.
Sure, except for Basic package, however if you have them I will kindly ask you to provide me with your logo, brand colors, content, images, videos, etc. On Standard and Premium packs I will be ready to offer you custom designed images and graphics (paid stock images included, logo not included).
You need to send me your WordPress login credentials for your WP installation (can be a subdirectory). Then images and page content (brand style, texts and anything else you will want me to use on your page). A reference or an example page (for me to understand your needs and requirements).
In order to deliver you a great and high converting landing page my primary focus is web design, this is why I encourage all my clients to have their copy text ready beforehand, either inhouse or made with Zinn Hub's great copyright specialists.
A revision for this gig is a change to the delivered landing or several pages of a website within the agreed scope of work (it is always clearly indicated in the order description). The edits can be related only to the web-design/development aspect of the delivery. i.e. NO copy changes are included.
Since all of my gigs have a requirement to have a fixed scope content in place before the start of the project, you can surely ask me to add or change anything in the pre-agreed content during the order completion period, however that will require additional extra charge for any change or addition.

Absolutely, I'll be happy to assist you with a professional website or landing page on Wix, Squarespace, Shopify or Webflow, but since those platforms are not related to this WordPress gig, we will just need to discuss your requirements and my suggestions for the project as part of a custom offer.
It is possible, you might be better of with the finalized live content, since the resulting website will look way better and coherent rather than with placeholders. Also, if we go with placeholders, the quote is fixed for the placeholders and adding real text will be an extra charge.
