Once you place an order, you can complete my onboarding questionnaire to provide all the necessary details for your logo design. This includes your business name, business information, design preferences, reference logos, and any additional details you'd like to share.
Yes, all copyright ownership is transferred to you automatically upon the approval of the design. You own 100% of the design and the copyright. Please message me if you would like to add optional documentation for proof of copyright ownership, which is available at no extra charge.
Revisions include alterations/changes to the logo designs. They do not include totally new designs. The amount of designs is specified in the 'Initial Concepts Included'. Please note that all projects are finalized with one final logo design.
The social media kit includes banners for Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and LinkedIn (Personal & Company), as well as a display picture for all your social media needs.
The Stationery Kit includes a business card, letterhead, envelope, folder and t-shirt design in PNG and SVG formats with CMYK coloring for printing purposes. *Support offered for any printing issues
I do my best to respond to enquiries and complete revisions as soon as possible. That being said, I am not available 24/7. From Monday-Saturday I try to be available 16 hours per day. On Sundays I spend time out of the office and revisions/responses may be delayed until Monday.
The Source and Vector files are the files used to create your logo. They can be used to resize or edit your logo in any way and are generally required when making merchandise, etc. These files are available in AI, PSD, EPS, PDF, SVG and PNG formats when purchased.
Don’t worry, that number isn’t a live “waiting line.” Zinn Hub keeps old, cancelled, and delivered projects in the queue count, so it can look inflated. I deliver every logo within the listed turnaround, so if the gig is visible and the delivery time fits your schedule, I’m ready to design your logo!
No. If you order from multiple designers, your order will not be refunded. Ordering from multiple designers forces people to do unpaid work and the cancellation causes long and short-term damage to the Sellers accounts.
