Fantastic work and initial turnaround time was quick. The level of attention at the initial start of the work was very responsive; however, I believe due to the holidays and New Year I have started getting slower responses and slower turn-around time for revision requests. The team was very receptive to my revision requests and feedback. Although, again - with the holidays in lieu - there were a few times where my feedback / revision requirements were not reflected. I'm going to chalk it up and conclude that it was how I presented the request and how it may have been interpreted by the team. Overall, this was a great experience and I hope to work with them again in the future.
