Every client receives one round of revisions at no extra charge! This includes any minor change or fix. If you decide that you want to alter a few sentences or that you didn't like how I enunciated a certain word, I'm happy to revoice those parts for you, no questions asked!
Please note that while I do offer a round of free revisions, a full revoice of your script may incur additional fees. It is pertinent that all tone and pacing directions are clearly communicated to me upon placing your order.
If you'd like a revision, please submit a revision request on the order page instead of directly messaging me. By doing this, the order will be moved back into my queue, which means I'll see your request sooner and the order won't close automatically.
Once the order is marked as complete, you're no longer able to use your free revision. I understand you may need more than 3 days to review. If that's the case, PLEASE extend the review time on your end to keep the order open.
In order to continually provide fast, high quality VO at an affordable rate, my focus lies with the orders that are in my queue. If you missed your review window & have a revision, I ask you to order the amount of words you need revised through my gig page. Thank you for your understanding!
For orders below 2000 words, YES! There are some instances (illness or emergencies) that I'll need more time to complete an order. I'll notify you if that's the case. That being said, when I'm on vacation, I often bring my equipment & update my delivery time from 24hrs to 3 days during this time!
YES! I can absolutely expedite your order for an additional cost. If you're interested in that, select the "Extra Fast Delivery" option on the order form and let me know how soon you need it! When I am away for more than I day, this option is temporarily disabled.
All standard audio that I send is de-breathed, meaning I always edit out the breaths I take during my read. That being said, I do not add any kind of effects to my voice and I don't add any music. Any type of production you require can be purchased as a gig extra.
I do not do word for word dubbing or lip-syncing. That being said, timed audio syncing is available at an extra cost. Side note: If your script has timestamps you'd like me to follow, you'll need to add timed audio syncing to your order!
