Please share your business name, industry, any colour preferences, style references, existing brand assets, and a brief description of the feel you are going for. The more context you provide, the closer your first concept will be to your vision.
Unlimited revisions means you can request as many changes as you need to the chosen concept while the order is open. It covers adjustments to colour, font, spacing, layout and similar elements — but does not include creating an entirely new concept from scratch. If you need a completely different direction, an additional concept upgrade is available.
All packages include JPG and PNG files. The PNG has a transparent background, so it can be placed on any colour without a white box around it. Boost and Premium packages also include a vector file (infinitely scalable for print), a print-ready file, and a source file for future editing. Premium also includes a social media kit with your logo pre-sized for major platforms.
The 3D mockup is a realistic visualisation showing how your logo looks applied to real-world objects — for example on a business card, signage or branded merchandise. It is a great way to see your logo in context before you launch.
Mascots, cartoon characters and highly complex illustrated designs fall outside the scope of these standard packages and require a custom quote. Please message us before ordering and we will discuss your needs.
Once you receive your design, use the 'I still need revisions' button in the order to send it back for changes. If you do not press that button, the order will auto-complete after three days of no contact. If that happens, please reach out via Zinn Hub message and we will sort it out.
