Overall, a great experience working with Lynxify. I really did appreciate the work and effort they undertook within parameters they were not used to - a website builder they don't normally work with. However, with that aside, there were some issues with quality and accuracy of delivered work, and I had to ask several times for some changes to be implemented. Perhaps this was a communication issue between their teams but something for them to address. I've no doubt they are excellent WordPress developers but with this project, although ultimately a success with a happy end client, there was room for improvement in workflow and quality checking of work before submitting it to me for review. I hope they can see this as valuable feedback.
