Yes. Full source code is included in every package. You receive everything needed to host, modify or hand the project to a developer in future. You are not locked in to any ongoing dependency on this service to keep the chatbot running.
Unlimited revisions are included across all tiers. Once the initial build is delivered, you can review the flows, test responses and request adjustments via the order chat. Revisions cover changes to the conversational logic, response content and integration settings within the agreed scope.
WhatsApp Broadcast setup is included from the Boost tier upwards. Broadcasts only work with pre-approved message templates in line with WhatsApp's official policy — bulk messaging outside of approved templates is not supported or offered.
Integration with CRM platforms and Google Sheets is available on the Boost and Premium tiers. The specific CRM tools that can be connected depend on their API availability. Please share the name of your CRM in your order brief and I will confirm compatibility before work begins.
