he was very polite and patient to work with even tho we also asked for some revisions. i have sent a picture of our first selfcreated logo and we were hoping for owner's creativity. in the end we kept it simple and almost the same concept as we did previously and he delivered it to the fullest. i think our choice for a minimalist logo designer might not have been the right decision for our expectations. but to be fair, he was very comfortable to work with!

I loved the work overall and he’s a good guy — very polite and talented. However, I wasn’t completely happy with how the order details were handled. After accepting the project, he refused to make edits as requested, saying he would only make unlimited edits for the logo. I appreciate his effort but wish there had been more flexibility with the revisions.

I appreciate the effort and caring that Jaclinaa put into my request. He was dealing with some terrible weather situations which caused internet outages and yet he still managed to do a wonderful job and delivered exactly what I wanted.

I did have several revisions because some elements were not exactly what I was looking for at first, and the seller had to redesign them, which added a bit more time to the process. That said, the seller was patient, professional, and willing to make the necessary adjustments until we reached a result I was happy with.
