I'm glad I chose Medgrafix for my logo design. He delivered two concepts, one of which was almost perfect straight away. He was very cooperative during the revision process and I felt listened to. At one point, he could have taken the easy way out and delivered the "final" logo there and then, but instead he went to the trouble of creating a couple more minor variants, two of which were even better. My only minor gripe is that I wish he exported SVG files (transparent PNGs and PDF files don't cut it for me). I asked for SVGs, but I don't think that's something he does. Fortunately, the delivery included the logo's .ai file, so I was able to export .svg files myself.
Med is great to work with and a very creative designer. He understood the assignment and made amazing improvements on the revision request. I am very satisfied with the final design and so proud of our new brand logo!
Give examples! Medgatrix really wants you to be satisfied with the end product. The first round of designs left me underwhelmed, so I showed him examples of what I was looking for (made by chat, but I knew he could make it better! It was my fault for not communicating that I already had something in mind, although I wanted to see what he came up with). He then took the examples and improved upon them. He's not a mind reader, but he genuinely cares that you're excited with the end product. Very satisfied with how it turned out.
