While I do feel as if he could have a bit more creativity, I have to give credit where it is due. Any time you are unhappy with something, he will immediately start working towards the fix. He communicates relatively quickly and incredibly polite. Anytime there was something we wanted change, and I will confess we were annoying about, there was no argument, no aggression just "Alright I'll get it done." Truly professional.
