This creator was quick, responsive and very flexible. The work looked great.
There was a lack of communication regarding the progress and status of the work. I'm assuming this was due to the holidays, so I can't really fault that. Overall, the work was completed, but it would have been helpful if I'd seen the first revision before confirming it as the revision, as after that incident I only had four revisions remaining. Expect the very first conceptual draft to be unusual, and then be ready for him to refine it afterwards.
