Upscaling refers to increasing the resolution of the digital art design. This can help improve the quality of the image when it's printed or displayed on a larger scale. Keep in mind that while upscaling can significantly improve image quality, it's not an infallible process.
I usually use .png, but I can provide the design in other formats upon request.

Neil was excellent to work with and I highly recommend her! My Mum is soon turning 80 and I wanted to get some t-shirts printed for 20 of my family to wear at the party. After sending the initial design request incorporating Mum's love for sailing, belly dancing and partying, Neil quickly got to work and demonstrated a great understanding of my brief. After the first draft, I requested two changes and the design was complete. I spent about 5 hours using various AI generation tools to make my own design without much success and I now wish I skipped that entirely and went straight to Neil!
My dad is turning 83 this year and he has 4 great-grandchildren. I had a vision of making a cake with 2D pictures of him and each of the great-grandchildren standing on top of the cake. I had an image of them together in matching pajamas but not individually. I asked Neil to create photos of them each so they can stand on their own on the cake as well as to put each in fun yoga poses - they turned out absolutely perfect! Neil has been providing us some character modeling for background stills in a documentary style project. He has gone above and beyond and is a pleasure to work with! We had gone to 4 other Zinn Hub artists before finding her to get it done.
