The Basic package includes 1 revision. Standard and Premium packages include unlimited revisions. A revision means you can request changes to colours, layout, logo placement or any other design element — we will keep adjusting until you are happy with the result.
The Basic package is delivered within 1 business day. Standard within 2 days, and Premium within 3 days. If you need the design sooner, the Rush Delivery add-on is available for same-day turnaround.
Lifetime support means you can contact us after delivery with questions about your QR code — for example, how to access your scan reports or how to request a URL change. It does not cover free unlimited redesigns but does cover guidance and assistance with your existing code.
