They do not include entirely new design directions beyond the initial concepts included in your package. All projects are finalised with one approved logo design.

Video discussions are not included within the logo design packages. However, a separate video consultation booking option is available via my profile if you would like to talk through your project before or during the design process.

Neil was extremely patient with me. I was having an issue on my end with the transparent PNG files, which I've now sorted out. Overall, I'm happy. I do have an issue with Zinn Hub though; I had a £30.00 credit but it doesn't look like they applied it, but that's no issue with Neil.
