At a minimum, we need your brand or business name and a brief description of what you do. Anything extra — preferred colours, fonts, competitor logos you admire or want to differ from, slogans, or reference imagery — is extremely helpful and the more you share, the more tailored your design will be. You will receive a requirements form immediately after placing your order.
Unlimited revisions means we will adjust colours, typography, shapes, spacing, and elements as many times as needed until you are completely happy. It does not mean unlimited new concepts — each concept slot is a distinct design direction. If you would like an entirely new concept beyond your package allowance, an additional concept add-on is available.
Vector files are fully scalable and editable — you can enlarge your logo to billboard size without any loss of quality. They are also required by most professional printers. Source files let you (or a designer you work with in the future) open and modify the original artwork directly. These are included in the Boost and Premium packages.
The social media kit includes profile images and cover/banner graphics sized and optimised for platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and X. It ensures your brand looks consistent and professional across all your online profiles.
The Premium package includes a business card design, a letterhead design, and an envelope design — giving you a cohesive, professional set of branded materials ready for print or digital use.
Once we deliver your files, you have three days to review them and request any revisions. If no revisions are requested within that window, the order is automatically marked as complete by the platform. Your project is never abandoned — if you have concerns, simply reach out via the order chat and we will continue working with you.
