Everyone MUST be aware that any Google Docs .docx file MUST be downloaded to your phone or computer first before uploading to Zinn Hub. If you save a Google Docs file on Google Drive and then try to upload it to Zinn Hub without first saving it to your computer, then Google Drive will choose the last file that was saved to your computer and upload that instead. Imagine my surprise when Ziaur presented a completed job that had been done on a five-year-old file! No Refunds!
