If you need to sync to video or slides you need to add this extra to the order. Syncing requires a significant amount of extra time in order to get a professional delivery. One way to avoid this is by recording the voice over before your video. Pricing is $10 by the minute.
Commercial is meant for business-related usage purposes. This includes internal videos, training, online (website, social media, Youtube, Kickstarter, Podcast), IVR and more. If it is in any way related to a business, you need commercial rights. It can only be avoided by strictly personal usage.
