Is he the best in excel in the world, to be honest, probably in the 0.0001% that's for sure. Would I recommend him, to be honest I don't to so because I don't want him to stop working on my automation in excel. But yes he's the best. You really cannot find someone better. I have worked with a lot of Freelancers, he's probably the best in terms of speek, and what he does. If you hire him you will only ask yourself why you did not do it sooner.
