I'm Neil, CEO and co-founder of Zinn Hub — a global freelance marketplace based in the UK. We've just launched our new Projects system alongside a Freelancer Directory, and I need a talented video creator (or small team) to produce four videos that will support the launch across our platform, YouTube, and TikTok.

This is one project covering two distinct deliverable sets — so please read the full brief before submitting a proposal.

About Zinn Hub
Zinn Hub is a freelance marketplace where buyers (we call them Zinnectors) hire freelancers (Zinners) for services. We use our own terminology on the platform: services are called Zinns. With the new Projects system, buyers can now also post custom project briefs and receive tailored proposals from freelancers — a second way to hire, alongside our existing fixed-scope Zinns.

Deliverables
Set 1 — Walkthrough Edits (raw footage supplied by me)
Video 1A — "How to Use Projects on Zinn Hub (Buyer Walkthrough)"
I'll record the raw screen-capture walkthrough myself. You polish it — clean audio, on-screen captions, lower thirds, intro and outro, zoom/highlight effects on key UI elements, background music, basic motion graphics, and branded end card.

Video 1B — "How to Use Projects on Zinn Hub (Seller/Freelancer Walkthrough)"
Same treatment as Video 1A but from the seller side — how to find Projects, submit proposals, use the Custom Project Offer, etc. I'll supply the raw footage.
Target length: 2–4 minutes each
Aspect ratio: 16:9 (YouTube + embed on our help centre)

Set 2 — Promotional Videos (from scratch, you produce fully)
Video 2A — Buyer Hook Video
A short, snappy, scroll-stopping promo aimed at business owners and buyers. Core message: "Hire the right freelancer fast for any project — post your brief, get tailored proposals, pay securely." End with a clear CTA to zinnhub.com/projects.

Video 2B — Seller/Freelancer Hook Video
Same format but aimed at freelancers looking for work. Core message: "Sell your skills on Zinn Hub — build your Freelancer Profile, win real projects from real buyers, get paid securely." End with a CTA to sign up and set up their Freelancer Profile.
Target length: 30–60 seconds each
Aspect ratios: Both videos delivered in two formats — 16:9 for YouTube and 9:16 vertical for TikTok and YouTube Shorts
Style: High-energy, visually engaging, modern. Think strong hooks in the first 3 seconds, fast cuts, on-screen text, motion graphics, background music, and a professional voiceover. These need to actually stop people scrolling.
Requirements for All 4 Videos

Delivered in MP4 format, 1080p minimum
Include on-screen captions/subtitles (baked in or as SRT — please specify in proposal)
Use Zinn Hub branding — I'll supply our logo, brand colours (gold #D4A843 on dark backgrounds), and any assets you need

Royalty-free or fully licensed music only — please confirm licensing in your delivery

Final files plus project source files (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut, CapCut — whatever you work in) delivered at handoff so we can make tweaks later

What I'll Provide

Raw screen-capture footage for Videos 1A and 1B
Full brand guidelines, logo files, colour palette, and any existing visual assets
Access to the live Projects and Freelancer Directory sections of Zinn Hub for screen recording on the promos
A quick written script/outline for each promo video (you're welcome to rewrite or improve it)
Fast feedback turnaround on drafts

Who I'm Looking For

A video editor or creator with a strong portfolio in both walkthrough/tutorial editing and short-form social promo work
Experience creating content for TikTok and YouTube Shorts is essential
Good sense of pacing, hooks, and visual storytelling
Reliable communication and ability to hit deadlines

Please share in your proposal:

Links to 2–3 relevant examples from your portfolio (walkthrough edits AND short-form promos if possible)
Your proposed approach for the promo videos (Videos 2A and 2B) — this is the creative part that matters most
What software you work in and what source files you'd deliver
Whether your price includes voiceover, or if that's extra (and if extra, your recommended VO artist or AI tool)
Your proposed timeline from brief approval to final delivery

Budget & Timeline
Please submit your proposal with a total price for all four videos. If you'd prefer to break it into two phases (walkthroughs first, promos second) that's fine — just be clear in your proposal.
Looking to have all four videos delivered within 2 weeks of project kick-off, but I'm open to a realistic timeline from the right freelancer.
