free, and you can lower your commission in two ways: automatically as your sales grow, or instantly by taking a paid membership.

How Commission Works on the Free Plan
On the free plan your commission drops automatically on a sliding scale as your total sales grow:
- You keep 100% of your first $500in sales — 0% commission
- After that, the rate steps down through sales milestones, reaching as low as 8% at the top

Paid Membership Plans
If you'd rather not wait to hit sales milestones, a paid membership gives you a
lower commission rate straight away, plus
higher listing limitsand other premium features. The more you sell, the more a membership can pay for itself.

How to Change Your Plan
Changing your plan now happens right inside your dashboard:
- Open your Zinner Dashboard and go to Membership:https://zinnhub.com/dashboard/zinner/membership/
- View the available plans
- Select the plan you want
- Complete payment (for paid plans)
- Your plan activates immediately
Upgrading
When you upgrade:
- Your new, lower commission rate applies immediately
- Higher listing limits take effect right away
- There's no disruption to your existing orders
Downgrading
When you downgrade:
- Your new commission rate applies from your next billing cycle
- You must be within the new plan's limits — archive or remove Zinns first if you're over
Billing
- Paid plans are billed monthly
- Payment is taken automatically on your renewal date
- You can cancel any time
Cancelling a Paid Plan
- Go to the Membershipsection of your dashboard
- Cancel your subscription
- You'll revert to the Free plan at the end of your billing period
- Make sure you're within the Free plan's limits
