At Zinn Hub, we are committed to maintaining a safe, professional, and trustworthy marketplace for both buyers and sellers.
As part of this commitment, we operate continuous platform monitoring systems that review content across the marketplace, including images and URLs contained within listings, profiles, and delivered work.
What Do We Monitor and Why?
Zinn Hub uses a combination of automated systems and manual review processes to monitor content across the platform. This monitoring exists to protect buyers, sellers, and the overall integrity of the marketplace. It helps us ensure that every listing meets our quality and compliance standards, and that the platform remains a safe environment for everyone.
We do not disclose the specific technical details of how our monitoring works, as this helps prevent bad actors from circumventing our systems. However, the types of content issues we look for are outlined below. Why Your Images May Be Changed or Removed
Images within your listings or profile may be flagged and updated or removed for a number of reasons, including but not limited to:
- The image contains content that violates our terms of service or acceptable use policy
- The image includes text, watermarks, or branding from a competing platform
- The image contains misleading or deceptive information that could confuse buyers
- The image includes inappropriate, offensive, or adult content
- The image infringes on copyright or intellectual property belonging to a third party
- The image is low quality, corrupted, or does not accurately represent the service being offered
- The image contains contact details, external links, or information designed to take transactions off-platform
Why Your URLs May Be Changed or Removed
URLs included within your listings, profile, descriptions, or delivered work may be flagged and updated or removed for a number of reasons, including but not limited to:
- The URL points to a website or page that contains malicious content, malware, or phishing attempts
- The URL redirects users to a competing platform or marketplace
- The URL is designed to take transactions, communications, or negotiations off the Zinn Hub platform
- The URL links to content that violates our terms of service, including adult, illegal, or harmful material
- The URL is broken, expired, or no longer resolves to a valid page
- The URL contains tracking parameters or affiliate links that have not been disclosed or approved
- The URL points to content that infringes on copyright or intellectual property
What Happens When Content Is Flagged
When our systems detect a potential issue with an image or URL, the following may happen depending on the severity and nature of the issue:
Minor Issues:The content may be updated or replaced automatically with minimal disruption to your listing. You may receive a notification explaining the change.
Moderate Issues:The content will be removed and you will be notified with an explanation. You may be asked to upload a replacement that meets our guidelines.
Serious or Repeated Issues:Repeated violations may result in further action on your account, including warnings, temporary restrictions, or in serious cases, account suspension. Our enforcement process is designed to be fair and proportionate, with escalation only where necessary.
How to Avoid Having Your Content Flagged
The vast majority of sellers on Zinn Hub never experience any content issues. To ensure your listings remain unaffected, we recommend the following:
- Only use original images that you own or have the right to use commercially
- Avoid including watermarks, logos, or branding from other platforms in your images
- Do not include external contact details, social media handles, or off-platform links in your listing images or descriptions
- Ensure all URLs in your listings point to legitimate, safe, and relevant content
- Do not use URL shorteners or redirect services that obscure the final destination
- Keep all transactions and communications on the Zinn Hub platform
- Review our terms of service and acceptable use policy to ensure your content is fully compliant

If you believe an image or URL was changed or removed in error, you can contact our support team to request a manual review. Please provide the following information when reaching out:
- Your Zinn Hub username
