How Messaging WorksAccessing Messages As A Zinner
- Log in to your Zinner Dashboard
- Go to Ordersin your dashboard menu or access directly at:https://zinnhub.com/dashboard/zinner/orders/
- Click on the relevant order to open the order details
- You'll see the conversation section where you can read and send messages
Accessing Messages As A Zinnector
- Log in to your account on Zinn Hub
- Go to your dashboard:https://zinnhub.com/dashboard/buyer/
- Navigate to orders:https://zinnhub.com/dashboard/buyer/orders/
- Click on the order you want to view
- The conversation section will show all messages with your Zinner
What You Can Do With Messages
You can ask clarifying questions about requirements, provide progress updates, request additional information, share ideas and feedback, and discuss any changes to the order scope.

Keep your communication professional and clear. Try to respond to messages promptly to maintain good working relationships. If you need to share files, use the file sharing feature rather than trying to send attachments through messages.
