Where to Find the Settings
You can manage your Telegram notifications from the TG Notifications page on Zinn Hub:

You can also find it in your account menu:
🛒 Buyers — Go to My Account and look for TG Notifications in the sidebar menu.
🏪 Sellers — Go to your Zinner Dashboard and look for TG Notifications in the sidebar menu.
Connecting Your Telegram Account
Before you can receive notifications, you need to link your Telegram account to your Zinn Hub account. Here's how:
1️⃣ Visit
https://zinnhub.com/dashboard/zinner/notifications/and make sure you're logged in.
2️⃣ Tap the Connect Telegram button. This generates a unique link that opens our Telegram bot.
3️⃣ Tap that link — it will open the @zinnhub_store_bot in Telegram.
4️⃣ Tap Start inside the bot. This confirms the connection.
5️⃣ Return to the TG Notifications page on Zinn Hub. You should see a green "Connected" status with your Telegram username displayed.
💡 Important: You must tap /start in the bot for notifications to work. If your status shows as linked but not started, tap the "Start Bot" button on the settings page to complete the connection.
Choosing Your Notifications
Once connected, you'll see a list of notification categories with toggle switches. The categories you see depend on your role on Zinn Hub.
🛒 Notifications for Buyers
🛒 Order Updates — New orders, status changes, refunds, and payment issues.
💬 Messages — New messages from sellers.
📋 Service Updates — Requirements submitted, deliveries, nudges, and warnings.
📩 Custom Offers — New offers, requests, and responses.
📞 Calls — Scheduled calls, reminders, rescheduled, and cancellations.
🌟 Testimonials — Requests and submission confirmations.
🏪 Notifications for Sellers (Zinners)

Ambassadors see these categories in addition to any buyer or seller notifications:

🌟 Testimonials — Requests, submissions, and approvals.
Each toggle is independent — turn on the ones you want and leave the rest off. Your preferences are saved automatically when you toggle a switch.
Changing or Disconnecting Your Telegram Account
If you need to switch to a different Telegram account or disconnect entirely:
🔄 To change your connected account — Visit the TG Notifications page, tap Disconnect, then tap Connect Telegram again and complete the linking process with your new Telegram account.
❌ To disconnect completely — Visit the TG Notifications page and tap the Disconnect button. You'll stop receiving all Telegram notifications immediately. Your notification preferences are saved, so if you reconnect later, your previous toggle settings will still be there.
How Notifications Are Delivered
Notifications arrive as messages from the @zinnhub_store_bot in your Telegram. Each notification includes:
📌 A clear description of the event (e.g. "New order received" or "Your delivery has been submitted").
🔗 A direct link to the relevant page on Zinn Hub so you can take action immediately.
Notifications are delivered instantly when the event happens on the platform. They work 24/7 — you'll receive them even if you're not currently logged into Zinn Hub.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need the Telegram app installed?
Yes. Notifications are delivered through Telegram, so you need the Telegram app on your phone, tablet, or desktop. You can get it free from

Will I get notifications for every single email too?
No. Telegram notifications are separate from email notifications. You receive both independently — Telegram for instant alerts, email as a backup. You control which Telegram notifications you receive using the toggles on the settings page.
Can I connect more than one Telegram account?
Each Zinn Hub account can be linked to one Telegram account at a time. If you want to change which account receives notifications, disconnect the current one and connect the new one.
I connected my account but I'm not receiving notifications — what's wrong?
The most common issue is not tapping /start in the bot. Visit the TG Notifications page and check your status. If it says "linked but not started," tap the Start Bot button. Also check that the notification categories you want are toggled on.
I'm a seller AND an ambassador — do I see all the notification categories?
Yes. The page automatically detects your roles and shows all applicable categories. A seller who is also an ambassador will see buyer, seller, and ambassador notifications.
Are my notification preferences shared between email and Telegram?
No. Telegram notification preferences are completely independent of your email notification settings. Changing one doesn't affect the other.
