How To Share Files
- Open the order from your Zinner Dashboard
- Navigate to the Services area
- Use the file attachment option to upload your file
- Add a message explaining what the file is
- Send the file to the Zinnector
File Types And Sizes
You can share various file types including documents, images, and other project deliverables. Check the upload area for any specific file size limitations.
Final Delivery Files
When submitting your final delivery, you can attach the completed work files. The Zinnector will be able to download these files once they view the delivery.
Best Practices For File Sharing
Name your files clearly so the Zinnector knows what they're downloading. If sending multiple files, consider using a zip folder. Include a brief description of each file in your message. For large files, ensure they're optimised where possible.
