Real Client Work

Real Client Work is the set of verified case-study cards on a freelancer's (Zinner's) public profile on Zinn Hub. Each card is built from a real, completed, paid order — not a testimonial the freelancer wrote themselves.

It's genuine proof of work they've delivered to real clients on the platform.

The checks behind every card

Every Real Client Work card has to pass the same checks before it can appear on a profile:

  • Tied to a real, paid order.A card can only be created from a genuine order that was placed and completed on Zinn Hub. The order details — the type of work, the date it was delivered and the price paid — come straight from that order record, not from anything the freelancer types in.
  • Built with the buyer's consent.A completed order only becomes a card when the buyer has agreed to it. The buyer can be shown by name or simply as a "Verified client", and they can decline.
  • Reviewed and approved by our team.Every card — and every later edit to a card — is checked and approved by Zinn Hub before it goes public. If something isn't right, it's sent back with a reason so the freelancer can fix it and resubmit.
  • Not AI-invented.Where an AI draft is used to write up the case study, it only works from the real, confirmed details of the order. It never makes up order numbers, names, results or figures — if there's nothing genuine to describe, the write-up is left for a person to complete.
  • From a verified freelancer.Every Zinner on Zinn Hub is ID- and skill-verified before they can sell, so the person behind the work is verified too.

How a Real Client Work card is created

There are three ways a card can come about — all of them anchored to a real order:

  • Automatically from a completed order (with the buyer's consent). When a buyer consents, the order is drafted into a card on completion — the real order details are pulled in and a draft write-up is prepared. The freelancer reviews and edits it, and it goes live once approved.
  • Added by the freelancer from a past order.A freelancer can turn an eligible, completed order from their history into a card themselves: the order details are pulled in, they write up the work, and submit it for approval.
  • A Zinn Hub Official purchase. When Zinn Hub itself has bought work from a freelancer, they can request to showcase it. That request is approved by our team, and the card carries an official badge.

What you'll see on a card

  • A "Verified — real Zinn Hub order" badge.
  • The type of workand thedate it was delivered.
  • Who it was for — shown as "Brought by:" with the client's name or "Verified client".
  • The price paid, in USD, with a local-currency equivalent shown alongside where relevant.
  • A "View the work"button, where the order has a viewable sample.

Cards load nine at a time, with a "load more" option. Work delivered through a custom offer is shown as plain text (for example, "

*Project title*— Custom Offer") rather than a clickable link, because custom offers aren't public pages.

For freelancers: managing your cards

You'll find Real Client Work in your Zinner dashboard, directly under the Self-Promo Studio. From there you can review and edit a draft before it's submitted, build a card from a past order, edit a card that's already live (it stays live while your edit is being reviewed), or remove a card from your profile at any time.

Frequently asked questions

Are these testimonials the freelancer wrote?

No. Each card is built from a real, completed order and verified against that order, then approved by our team. It's proof of actual delivered work — not a written review the freelancer created.

If I'm the buyer, will my order be shown publicly?

Only if you've agreed to it. You can be shown by name or as a "Verified client", and you can decline.

Does the AI make any of it up?

No. Any AI-assisted write-up only uses the genuine, confirmed details of the order. It never invents order numbers, names, results or figures, and a person reviews every card before it goes live.

Who approves the cards?

The Zinn Hub team reviews and approves every new card and every edit before it appears on a profile.

Can a freelancer change a card after it's live?

Yes. They can edit a live card — it stays visible while the edit is being reviewed — and they can remove a card from their profile whenever they choose.
