Every order on Zinn Hub has a status that shows where it is in the delivery process. This helps both Zinners and Zinnectors understand the current state of the work.
Order Statuses ExplainedPending Requirementsmeans the order has been placed but the Zinnector hasn't yet submitted the information needed to start work.
In
Progressmeans the requirements have been submitted and the Zinner is actively working on the order.
Deliveredmeans the Zinner has submitted the final delivery for the Zinnector to review.
Completedmeans the Zinnector has accepted the delivery and the order is finished.
Viewing Order Status
As a Zinner, you can see all your order statuses in your Zinner Dashboard under the Orders section at:
https://zinnhub.com/dashboard/zinner/orders/
And as a Zinnector, you can see your order statuses in your dashboard under orders at: https://zinnhub.com/dashboard/buyer/orders/.
Updating Order Status
Zinners can update the status of orders as work progresses. This keeps Zinnectors informed and helps manage expectations about delivery timelines.
