Your Original Work
When you create original work:
- You own the copyright
- Upon delivery and payment, you typically grant buyer usage rights
- Specify in your listing what rights are transferred
- Consider what you allow buyers to do with the work
What You Can't Sell
- Work you don't have rights to
- Copyrighted material without permission
- Trademarked content without authorization
- Plagiarized content
Using Stock/Third-Party Resources
If you use stock images, fonts, etc.:
- Ensure proper licensing
- Don't claim it as original if it's not
- Disclose to buyers if relevant
- Verify license allows commercial use
For Buyers (Zinnectors)
What You Receive
When you purchase a service:
- You receive the deliverables
- Usage rights depend on the Zinn terms
- Ask the Zinner if unclear
- "Work for hire" terms vary
Usage Rights Typically Include
- Using the work for its intended purpose
- Personal or commercial use (usually)
- Making reasonable modifications
Usually Does NOT Include
- Reselling the work as-is
- Claiming you created it
- Using for purposes not discussed
Source Files
- Some Zinners include source files
- Others offer them as add-ons
- Clarify before ordering if you need them
Reporting IP Violations
If you find your IP being infringed on Zinn Hub:
- Gather evidence
- Contact support
- Provide:- Your ownership evidence
- Location of infringement
- Desired action
- We'll investigate and take appropriate action
Protecting Your Work
For Zinners
- Watermark previews if appropriate
- Clearly state your terms
- Document your original creation process
- Don't deliver full work until payment is complete
For Buyers
- Work with reputable Zinners
- Check reviews for originality concerns
- Ask about sources if relevant
- Keep records of purchase
