Already selling somewhere else? Import My Services lets you bring your listings to Zinn Hub yourself, in minutes, from inside your dashboard.
Simply paste a single service listing — or your whole profile — and the AI turns it into ready-to-review Zinns, images included, completely free. This article covers both import types, what gets built for you, and the rules every import follows.
What is Import My Services?
Import My Services is a free dashboard tool that converts your existing listings from another platform into Zinn Hub listings. There are no CSVs and no waiting for a migration team — you paste your listing, the AI rebuilds it as a proper Zinn, and you review the draft before submitting it. Nothing goes live until the Zinn Hub team has checked it.
You'll find it in your Zinner Dashboard at
https://zinnhub.com/dashboard/zinner/import/, with two tabs:
Import a Serviceand
Convert My Profile.
Before you start
- Be verified.Import is available to verified Zinners. If you haven't completed verification, start at- https://zinnhub.com/verify/.
- Save My Details. The one-off My Details setup in the AI Zinn Creator (about two minutes) must be completed first — the importer uses it to fill your listing attributes.
- Have the source URL ready.Every import needs the public link to the listing or profile you're importing. The team checks it against what you pasted, so make sure they match.
- The AI-use declaration. You'll tick a short declaration confirming the content is yours to import and that you're happy for the AI to process it.
How to import a single service
- Open the Import a Servicetab.
- Paste the text of your listing from the other platform.
- Add the source URL— the public link to that listing.
- Add optional style notes if you'd like the images steered a particular way.
- The AI builds the Zinn and shows you a full, editable draft.
- Review everything, adjust whatever you like, and submit. It goes to the team as a pending submission and you'll get an email when it's been checked.
One pasted listing becomes one Zinn.
How to convert your whole profile
The
Convert My Profiletab works the same way, but you paste your whole seller profile instead of one listing. The AI proposes up to three Zinns from it — you choose which to keep, review each draft, and submit the ones you want.
What the AI builds for you
- A complete Zinn with a proper "I Will…"title, written to Zinn Hub's listing standards.
- Up to three categories chosen from Zinn Hub's live category list.
- Up to ten of your existing reviews, imported word for word and shown with an Imported Reviewbadge so buyers know where they came from.
- Your packages and details laid out in Zinn Hub's listing format, including a comparison layout where one fits.
- Listing images — AI-generated covers and portfolio images are always completely free on imports, or you can upload your own.
The import rules
- Ten imports per account, lifetime. Each submitted import uses one.
- The source URL must match what you pasted. The team verifies every import against its source link, and mismatches are rejected. A rejected import still counts towards your ten, so double-check before you submit.
- Abandoned drafts don't count. If you start an import and walk away before submitting, nothing is used.
- Competitor names and links are removed.Any other platform's name, and any external links, are stripped from the imported copy automatically.
- Nothing publishes itself.Every import lands as a pending submission for the team to review.
What happens after you submit
Your imported Zinn sits as pending while the team checks it against the source. You'll get an email when it's been reviewed, and once approved it goes live on your store like any other Zinn.
Common questions
Is it really free?Yes — importing is free, and the AI images on imports are always free too, with no credit cost.
Which platforms can I import from?Any platform where you can copy your listing text and link to it publicly.
Why was my import rejected? The most common reason is the pasted content not matching the source URL. Remember a rejected import still uses one of your ten, so always check the link and the text line up before submitting.
Can I edit before it goes for review?Yes — the draft is fully editable before you submit, and your prices are always yours to set.
