Everything you need to build a professional, fully branded store on Zinn Hub — in minutes.
Setup your store at: https://zinnhub.com/dashboard/zinner/store/
Your store on Zinn Hub is more than just a profile. It is your own dedicated page on the platform with a unique URL, showcasing everything you offer in one place. When a Zinnector visits your store they can see all your Zinns, read your bio, check your policies, find your social links, and get in touch before they buy. A complete, professional store builds trust, increases conversions, and helps you stand out from other Zinners. The good news is that setting it up takes just a few minutes using the My Store wizard.
What Is Your Zinn Hub Store?
When you become a Zinner on Zinn Hub, your store is automatically created. It lives at its own unique URL based on your store name, for example
Your store page brings everything together in one place. It displays all your active Zinns so visitors can browse your full range of services without searching. It shows your store name, your bio, and your profile icon so potential buyers immediately understand who you are and what you specialise in. It displays your social media links so Zinnectors can verify you and get a feel for your work outside the platform. It shows your store banner giving you a branded visual identity. And it displays your store policies so buyers know exactly what to expect when working with you.
Think of your store as your shop window on Zinn Hub. The more complete and professional it looks, the more likely a visitor is to browse, trust, and buy.
Why Setting Up Your Store Properly Matters
Zinnectors make purchase decisions quickly. When they land on your store page they are forming a first impression within seconds. A store with a professional banner, a clear bio, complete policies, and active social links immediately signals that you are a serious, reliable freelancer. A store that is half-finished or left with default settings does the opposite.
Beyond trust, your store also has real SEO value. Your store page is indexed by search engines. When you fill in your store name, description, and SEO settings, you give your page a better chance of appearing in search results for the services you offer. This means free, ongoing visibility outside of Zinn Hub itself.
Your store is also a powerful promotion tool. You can share your store URL on social media, in your email signature, on your own website, or anywhere else you promote your freelance work. It is a single link that shows everything you do on Zinn Hub in one professional page.
Setting it up properly takes just a few minutes. There is no reason to leave it incomplete.
How to Access My Store
Log in to your Zinn Hub account and go to your Zinner Dashboard. In the left-hand navigation menu you will see a link called
If you have already completed your store setup, clicking My Store takes you back into the wizard where you can review and edit any section at any time.
Step 1 — Your Profile
The first step covers the personal details that appear on your store and across the platform. You will be asked for your first name and last name, which are displayed to Zinnectors throughout your account. You will also select the languages you speak. This is a multi-select field so you can add all the languages you work in, which helps Zinnectors find a Zinner they can communicate comfortably with.
These details are required and form the foundation of your identity on the platform.
Step 2 — Store Info
This is where your store gets its identity. Your store name is the most important field here — it becomes part of your store URL, so choose something that reflects your brand or your name clearly. Once your store is live, changing the store name will change your URL, so it is worth taking a moment to get this right from the start.
You can also add your website URL if you have an external site you want to link to. This is a great way to show Zinnectors more of your work or direct them to your portfolio.
The store description is where you introduce yourself and explain what you offer. You can use the built-in editor to add formatting such as headings and bullet points. A strong description explains who you are, what services you specialise in, what makes you different from other Zinners, and what Zinnectors can expect when they work with you. Take your time with this — it is one of the first things buyers read.
This step also includes the option to enable pre-sales messages. When this is turned on, potential buyers can message you before placing an order to ask questions, discuss requirements, or request a custom quote. This is strongly recommended as it reduces mismatched orders and builds buyer confidence. It is enabled by default and we recommend keeping it that way.
Step 3 — Contact and Location
This section covers your store contact details and address. Adding your phone number and address information helps with trust and is used on your store page and in certain communication flows. You can add your full address including city, county or state, country, and postcode.
If you want to show buyers when you are available, you can enable opening hours from this step. Once enabled you can set your working hours for each day of the week and mark days when you are closed. This gives Zinnectors a clear picture of when they can expect a response from you.
Vacation mode is also available here. If you are going to be away and unable to fulfil orders, you can switch on vacation mode, set a message explaining your absence, and optionally disable your cart so new orders cannot be placed while you are away. When you return, simply come back to My Store and turn it off.
Step 4 — Store Design
Your store banner and store icon are the visual identity of your store. The banner is the large image that appears across the top of your store page. We recommend using an image that is 1200 pixels wide by 300 pixels high for the best display. It should be high quality and represent your brand — whether that is your logo, a professional design, or something that reflects the type of work you do. PNG and JPG formats work best.
Your store icon is the smaller profile image that appears alongside your store name throughout the platform. This is typically your logo or a professional headshot.
Both the banner and icon are required fields. A store without a custom banner and icon looks unfinished to potential buyers. Uploading your own branded images takes less than a minute and makes a significant difference to how professional your store appears.
Click the upload area to select your image from your device, or if you have already uploaded images you can click the change button to replace them.
Step 5 — Social Media
Your social media links appear on your store page and give Zinnectors a way to verify who you are and see more of your work. You can add links or usernames for Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, Snapchat, and Telegram.
None of these are required but we recommend adding at least the platforms where you are most active. For many buyers, checking a freelancer's social media is part of their decision-making process. Having active, linked profiles builds credibility and trust.
For platforms that use a username rather than a full URL, simply enter your username without the @ symbol.
Step 6 — Your Policies
Your store policies are displayed on every Zinn you sell under the Policy tab. They set clear expectations for buyers before they purchase, which reduces disputes and builds confidence.
There are four policy areas to cover — Privacy, Terms and Conditions, Shipping, and Returns and Refunds. For digital services, the shipping and returns policies are particularly important for setting expectations around delivery, revisions, and refunds.
You have two choices for each policy area. You can use Zinn Hub's default policies, which cover the standard terms that apply across the platform — this is the recommended option if you do not have your own custom terms. Or you can write your own custom policies if you have specific terms you want buyers to agree to when purchasing your Zinns.
If you leave a policy blank it will automatically fall back to Zinn Hub's default policies, so Zinnectors will always see relevant terms on your Zinns regardless of whether you have filled this section in.
Step 7 — SEO and Visibility
The final step covers the settings that affect how your store appears in search engines and when shared on social media. Completing these fields is one of the easiest things you can do to increase the visibility of your store page.
Your SEO title is the title that appears in Google and other search engine results when your store page comes up. Your meta description is the short text underneath that title. Your keywords help search engines understand what your store is about. Fill these in using terms that describe your services and the types of work you specialise in.
The Facebook and X (Twitter) card sections control how your store looks when someone shares your store URL on those platforms. You can set a specific title, description, and image for social shares so your store always looks polished when it appears in someone's feed.
You can also enable your store notice from this step. A store notice is a message that appears prominently on your store page — useful for announcements, limited availability notices, or any time-sensitive information you want buyers to see immediately.
Finally, if you have a Google Analytics tracking ID for your own analytics account, you can enter it here to track traffic to your store page independently.
Saving and Completing Your Store
The wizard saves each step automatically as you move through it so you will never lose your progress. You can leave and come back at any time and your progress is saved. The progress bar at the top of the wizard shows your overall completion percentage.
Once you have completed all steps you will see a completion screen confirming your store is set up. At that point your store is live and ready to receive visitors.
Editing Your Store After Setup
Your store is never locked. You can return to My Store in your Zinner Dashboard at any time to update any section. Changed your logo? Update your store icon in Step 4. Going on holiday? Enable vacation mode in Step 3. Want to improve your SEO? Head to Step 7. The wizard works exactly the same way for edits as it does for the initial setup — just navigate to the step you want to change, make your updates, and save.
We recommend reviewing your store periodically, especially if your services change, to make sure everything is still accurate and up to date.
Quick Tips for a Strong Store
Make your store description specific rather than generic. Instead of saying you are a skilled designer, explain what types of design work you specialise in and who you typically work with.
Use a real, high-quality photo or professional logo as your store icon. Avoid blurry images, screenshots, or placeholder graphics.
Enable pre-sales messages. Buyers who can ask questions before purchasing are more likely to place an order and less likely to request a refund.
Set your opening hours if you have predictable working patterns. It manages buyer expectations and reduces pressure on you to respond outside your working hours.
Fill in all seven SEO fields in Step 7. It takes less than five minutes and can meaningfully improve how your store appears in search results over time.
Share your store URL. Post it on your social media profiles, add it to your email signature, and link to it anywhere you promote your work online.
