What is the Zinn Hub App?
The Zinn Hub app is a Progressive Web App (PWA) that gives you the full Zinn Hub experience on your phone, just like a native app. Once installed, it appears as an icon on your home screen and opens in full-screen mode with no browser bars or tabs in the way.
Everything works exactly the same as the website — browse Zinns, place orders, manage your seller dashboard, send messages, make video calls, and more. The difference is it feels faster, more focused, and you get push notifications so you never miss a message or order update.

How to Install on Android (Chrome)
- Visit https://zinnhub.com/app/in Chrome
- Tap the "Install Zinn Hub" button
- Tap "Install" or "Add" when Chrome asks you to confirm
- The Zinn Hub icon will appear on your home screen
- Tap the icon to open the app
If the Install button doesn't trigger a prompt, you can also install manually:

How to Install on iOS (iPhone / iPad)
The app must be installed using Safari — other browsers on iOS don't support PWA installation. This is an Apple restriction.
- Open Safari and visit https://zinnhub.com/app/
- Tap the Share button (the square with an arrow pointing up) in the Safari toolbar
- Scroll down and tap "Add to Home Screen"
- Tap "Add" in the top-right corner
- The Zinn Hub icon will appear on your home screen
- Tap the icon to open the app
Do I Need to Create a New Account?
No. The app uses your existing Zinn Hub account. Just log in with the same email and password you use on the website. All your orders, messages, Zinns, and account settings are already there.
Is It Free?
Yes, completely free. There is no charge to install or use the app.
Push Notifications
After installing the app, you may be asked to allow notifications. We recommend allowing them so you receive alerts when:
- You get a new message from a buyer or seller
- An order status changes
- You receive a custom offer
If you accidentally blocked notifications, you can re-enable them in your phone's settings under the Zinn Hub app permissions.
Note: Push notifications on iOS require iOS 16.4 or later and the app must be installed to the home screen via Safari.
Troubleshooting
*The Install button doesn't work*
Your browser may have recently dismissed an install prompt. Try installing manually using the three-dot menu method described above, or close and reopen Chrome and try again.
*I can't find the app on my home screen*
Check all pages of your home screen and your app drawer. On Android, you can also search for "Zinn Hub" in your app drawer. On iOS, swipe down on the home screen and search for it.
*The app looks the same as the website*
That's correct. The app is your full Zinn Hub experience running in full-screen mode. Everything you can do on the website, you can do in the app.
*I'm not receiving push notifications*
Make sure you allowed notifications when prompted. On Android, go to Settings → Apps → Zinn Hub → Notifications and ensure they're enabled. On iOS, go to Settings → Notifications → Zinn Hub.
