AI Search Insights is an analytics dashboard built exclusively for Zinners (sellers) on Zinn Hub.
It shows you exactly how buyers are finding your Zinns through AI Search and AI Filters, what they are searching for, and where the opportunities are to grow your sales.
You can access AI Search Insights from your Zinner Dashboard by going to
Tools → AI Search Insightsin the sidebar menu.
Important: What This Data Covers
AI filter boxon category and shop pages and the
header search barat the top of the site. It does not include impressions or clicks from normal browsing, category page scrolling, or direct links. Think of this as your AI-powered search performance — how buyers find your Zinns when they describe what they need in their own words.
This feature is new and the AI is actively gathering data. Some sections will not appear until there is enough search and purchase data to show meaningful insights. Keep checking back regularly as the data builds over time.
Time Period Selector
Last 7 Days,
Last 30 Days, and
Last 90 Days. This applies to most sections on the page, allowing you to compare recent performance against longer trends. Some marketplace-wide sections use fixed time windows (noted below) and are not affected by this selector.
Overview
The Overview section gives you a snapshot of your AI Search performance for your selected time period.
AI
Search Clicks— The total number of times a buyer clicked on one of your Zinns after finding it through an AI search.
Purchases from Search— How many of those clicks turned into actual purchases.
Click to Purchase Rate— The percentage of clicks that resulted in a purchase. This is your conversion rate from AI search traffic.
Unique Search Terms— How many different search phrases led buyers to click on your Zinns. A higher number means your Zinns are appearing for a wider variety of buyer needs.
Your Listed Zinns— The total number of Zinns you currently have listed on the marketplace.
From Header Search— How many clicks came specifically from buyers using the search bar at the top of the site.
From AI Filters— How many clicks came from buyers using the AI filter box on category and shop pages.
Search Terms Leading to Your Zinns
This section shows the exact words and phrases buyers typed before clicking on your Zinns. Each row shows the search term, how many times it resulted in a click on your Zinn, how many purchases came from it, and the conversion rate.
You can click any column header to sort the data by clicks, purchases, or conversion rate.
How to use this:Look at which search terms drive the most clicks and purchases. Make sure your Zinn titles and descriptions contain these terms or closely related phrases. If a term has lots of clicks but zero purchases, your listing may need better descriptions, images, or pricing to convert that interest into sales.
Your Top Zinns from AI Search
This shows which of your individual Zinns get the most activity from AI Search. Each row shows the Zinn name, how many clicks it received, how many purchases it generated, and the conversion rate.
You can click column headers to sort by clicks, purchases, or conversion rate.
How to use this:Your top-performing Zinns are your proven winners. Study what makes them successful — their titles, descriptions, pricing, and images — and apply those lessons to your other listings. Consider creating similar Zinns to capture more of the same demand.
Zinns Needing Attention
This section highlights Zinns that are getting clicks from AI Search but zero purchases. Buyers are finding these Zinns and showing enough interest to click, but something is stopping them from buying.
How to use this:These are your biggest conversion opportunities. For each Zinn listed here, review the title, description, pricing, and images. Common issues include unclear descriptions, pricing that does not match buyer expectations, missing information about what is included, or low-quality images. Small improvements to these listings can turn existing traffic into sales.
Searches You Are Missing
This is one of the most valuable sections. It shows popular buyer searches across the whole marketplace where none of your Zinns are being clicked. These searches have significant volume — buyers are actively searching for these services — but your listings are not capturing any of that demand.
How to use this:Each entry represents an opportunity. If you can offer any of the services shown here, consider creating a new Zinn specifically targeting that demand. If you already have a relevant Zinn, review its title and description to make sure it matches how buyers are searching. Sometimes a simple wording change can make your existing Zinn visible for searches it was previously missing.
This section requires a minimum of five searches for a term to appear, ensuring the demand is genuine and consistent.
Trending Searches Across Zinn Hub
This shows what buyers are searching for right now across the entire marketplace. It covers the last seven days and displays the most popular search terms as tags with their search counts.
This data is the same for all Zinners — it is a marketplace-wide view of current buyer demand.
How to use this:Trending searches show you where buyer interest is right now. If you see a trending term that matches your skills, make sure you have a well-optimised Zinn for it. If you spot emerging trends in areas you can serve, creating a new Zinn quickly can help you capture that demand before it becomes saturated.
This section uses a fixed 7-day window and is not affected by the time period selector.
Top Converting Searches
This section shows searches across the entire marketplace that are turning into actual purchases. These are proven money-making search terms — buyers who search for these are ready to buy.
Each row shows the search term, total searches, clicks, purchases, and conversion rate. You can sort by any column.
How to use this:If your Zinns match any of these search terms, make sure your listings are fully optimised. These buyers have high purchase intent. If you do not have a Zinn matching a high-converting term but you can deliver that service, creating one could be immediately profitable.
This section uses a fixed 30-day window and is not affected by the time period selector.
Opportunity Gaps
This section shows searches with high volume but zero purchases from anyone on the marketplace. Buyers are actively searching for these services but nobody is converting them into sales.
Each row shows the search term, total searches, clicks, and purchases (which will always be zero for entries in this section).
How to use this:These represent unmet demand. The reasons could vary — there may not be enough quality Zinns available for these searches, pricing may not match expectations, or existing listings may need better descriptions. If you can offer any of these services with competitive pricing and clear descriptions, there is a ready audience waiting.
This section requires a minimum of three searches for a term to appear and uses a fixed 30-day window.
Making the Most of AI Search Insights
Check your insights regularly. The data updates continuously as buyers search and interact with the marketplace.
Focus on conversion. Clicks without purchases mean your listing is visible but not compelling enough. Review and improve those Zinns first.
Fill the gaps. The Searches You Are Missing and Opportunity Gaps sections are direct roadmaps to untapped revenue. Use them to guide which new Zinns you create.
Optimise your descriptions. The search terms that lead to your Zinns tell you exactly how buyers describe what they want. Use that language in your Zinn titles and descriptions.
Watch the trends. Trending searches change weekly. Staying on top of them helps you anticipate demand rather than react to it.
Be patient with the data. This is a new feature and the insights become more powerful as more search data accumulates. Sections that appear empty today may show valuable data in a few weeks as buyer activity grows.
