About Me

I am a certified IT Support and Cybersecurity professional with over 4 years of hands-on experience helping individuals and businesses protect their digital assets, resolve technical issues, and keep their systems secure.

My IT journey began in 2016, teaching computer studies and digital literacy — a foundation that shaped my approach before I moved into hands-on cybersecurity work. Since then, I've grown into a versatile IT specialist with expertise in malware removal, system optimization, network setup, Microsoft 365 security, and WordPress security.

What I Do
I specialize in three core areas:

1. Malware Removal & System Security
I remotely connect to computers and servers to scan, detect, and remove viruses, malware, spyware, ransomware, and adware. I don't stop at removing the infection — I also harden the system to reduce the risk of future attacks.

2. Microsoft 365 Security Administration
I help businesses secure their Microsoft 365 accounts by setting up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), configuring admin permissions, enabling automatic backups, and implementing anti-phishing protection.

3. WordPress Malware Removal & Hardening
I clean infected WordPress websites, remove backdoors and malicious code, harden security, update core/plugins/themes, and provide detailed security reports.
