Throughout my career, I have handled customer service, complaints resolution, administrative support, reporting, and team coordination for both local and international clients. I have developed strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills through years of working in fast-paced environments.

I previously worked with HSBC as a Complaints Assistant Manager, where I was responsible for resolving customer complaints, doing root cause analysis of complaints, preparing reports, monitoring team performance, and supporting daily operations. Part of my role also included assisting with applicant interviews, coaching team members, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. During the pandemic, I worked remotely for several years, which helped me become highly adaptable to work-from-home setups and remote collaboration tools.

Aside from my corporate background, I also gained freelance experience in video and data annotation, customer support, and basic funnel creation using GoHighLevel. These experiences improved my attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to follow processes carefully. I am also familiar with tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, HubSpot, Trello, Notion, Discord, CRM systems, spreadsheets, and other communication and productivity platforms used in remote work environments.
