I am Meseret Akalu Belayneh, a results-driven Principal QA Engineer, Project Manager, and Software Developer currently working at Awash Bank S.C. in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. With over 10+ years of experience, I specialize in delivering high-quality, secure, and scalable enterprise software systems across banking, fintech, and government sectors.

My professional journey spans across 60+ enterprise-level projects, including core banking systems, payment integrations, remittance platforms, ERP solutions, and large-scale digital transformation initiatives. I have worked in both technical and leadership roles, combining hands-on QA engineering with strategic project management and DevOps practices.

I bring strong expertise in manual testing, test automation, CI/CD pipelines, and end-to-end quality assurance processes. I am highly skilled in building automation frameworks using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Katalon Studio, and TestNG, along with API testing using Postman. My DevOps experience includes working with Jenkins, GitLab CI, Docker, and Kubernetes to integrate quality directly into deployment pipelines.

Alongside QA and automation, I have extensive experience in project management, leading cross-functional teams, managing stakeholder expectations, defining project scope, and ensuring successful delivery of complex systems under Agile/Scrum methodologies.
