My name is Adeyanju Oluwatimileyin, and I am the Founder of Timcgiarc, a 3D Architectural Visualization Studio dedicated to creating realistic and detailed architectural renderings, animations, and visual presentations for architects, developers, interior designers, and real estate professionals.

My work focuses on transforming architectural ideas such as sketches, CAD drawings, floor plans, and conceptual designs into high-quality 3D visualizations that help communicate design intent clearly and effectively. I support clients in presenting their projects for design approval, marketing, investor presentations, and client communication.

I provide a wide range of services including exterior architectural rendering, interior visualization, architectural animation, 360° panoramas, virtual tours, master plan visualization, landscape visualization, hospitality design visualization, residential developments, commercial buildings, recreational spaces, and conceptual architectural presentations. Each project is handled with attention to detail to ensure accurate modeling, realistic materials, proper lighting, and strong visual composition.

My workflow typically starts with reviewing project drawings and understanding the client’s vision and requirements. I then proceed with 3D modeling, scene setup, material development, lighting design, and rendering. After initial previews are shared, I refine the project based on client feedback to ensure the final output matches expectations. This structured process helps maintain clarity, communication, and quality throughout the project.

I work with industry-standard software including SketchUp, AutoCAD, Blender, Lumion, Twinmotion, D5 Render, V-Ray, Corona Renderer, and Adobe Photoshop. These tools allow me to achieve realistic textures, lighting effects, and detailed post-production enhancements depending on the needs of each project.

Deliverables may include high-resolution images (JPG or PNG), animation videos (MP4), 360° panoramic views, virtual tour files, and presentation-ready visuals. Revision rounds are included to ensure the final result aligns with client expectations.

I am continuously improving my skills and expanding my portfolio through ongoing practice and project experience in architectural visualization.
