First Order Free — full offer terms (v1.0)
- When you join this offer and complete your first eligible order, we credit your Zinn Wallet with 100% of what you paid for that order. This is wallet credit to spend on Zinn Hub — not cash, not a card refund, and it cannot be withdrawn.
- New buyers only, with no previously completed order, arriving through an official offer link — one account and one claim per person. We may also extend the offer to selected accounts at our discretion. Platform/owner accounts are excluded.
- One account per person is strictly enforced. We run advanced anti-fraud and identity checks. Anyone attempting to use multiple or duplicate accounts will be banned across all of their accounts, any orders in progress will be cancelled, and no refunds will be given.
- Your first eligible order must be placed within 30 days of joining.
- Any order type qualifies — a Zinn, a Micro Zinn, a custom offer, or a project.
- The credit is released once all three are true: your order is completed, you leave a review, and you agree to a showcase of the work. Decline any and the credit isn’t granted; you keep your order and review.
- A "Real Client Work" card, including a sample of the delivered work, will be shown on the freelancer’s profile. Your name is shown by default; you can choose to hide it and appear anonymously (this never affects your credit). Consent for this order is required and cannot be withdrawn later.
- Because the full amount you paid is returned to you as wallet credit, the original (principal) order amount is not separately refundable — you have already received its full value back as credit.
- Any dispute or issue with an order must be raised through Zinn Hub’s built-in dispute management. You may not raise an external dispute, chargeback, or payment reversal at any time.
- The credit depends on your original payment being genuine and final. Starting a chargeback or payment reversal forfeits the credit: we will reverse it; any already-spent credit becomes a debt repayable to us; and your account may be suspended.
- Use your credit within 90 days of it being granted, or it expires. We always use your offer credit before any money you add yourself, so your own funds are never affected.
- We may ask you to verify your identity at our discretion, particularly where our systems detect anomalies. Where we do, your credit is held and only released once verification is complete.
- The offer may be paused, limited (including monthly limits), or withdrawn at any time, and these terms may change. All amounts are calculated in US Dollars, the platform’s base currency.
- Zinn Hub is operated by Zinn Digital LTD. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
