🛠️ Ambassador Dashboard Guide

Your Complete Guide to the Zinn Hub Ambassador Dashboard

Everything in your dashboard explained — what each card means, how to manage referrals, how to use the email tool, how the self-promo checks work, how to flag a problem with a referral, how to read your earnings, and the full playbook for both tracks.

01 — Getting StartedFirst time on your dashboard? Start here

This guide explains every section of your ambassador dashboard — what each card means, how to manage your referrals, how to use the email tool, how the self-promo checks work, how to flag inactive or problem referrals, and the full playbook for both tracks. If you're brand new to the dashboard, work through the four setup steps below first. If you're an existing ambassador looking up something specific, jump to the relevant section from the table of contents above.

Setup checklist for new ambassadors

  1. Check your Ambassador Status block (top of the dashboard) — confirms which track(s) you're approved on and shows any outstanding gates (Telegram, email health).
  2. Join the official Zinn Hub Telegram community — required to earn. Use the Fix button on the status block if the Telegram gate is failing.
  3. Set your payout method in the ⚙️ Settings tab — defaults to Zinn Wallet, but you can change to PayPal, Stripe Connect, Payoneer, USDT, or USDC any time.
  4. Grab your referral link from the Your Referral Link generator (4th block from the top of the dashboard).

Heads up on your ongoing responsibilities: once a month, every ambassador uploads evidence they're actively promoting Zinn Hub on their own social channels — and Freelancer Track ambassadors also upload evidence they're promoting their referred freelancers. See Section 13 for the full breakdown. Missing the check pauses your earnings until you catch up.

02 — OverviewDashboard tour

Your dashboard has two areas: a top section that's always visible as you scroll, with your live status, earnings, monthly check, link generator, and active referrals — and a tabbed bottom section for deeper views (traffic, history, settings, leaderboards, and this guide).

Top section (always visible)

Five blocks stacked top to bottom, all in view as you scroll the page:

BlockWhat it does
1. Ambassador StatusShows whether you're earning-enabled or earning-blocked. Lists per-track approval, gates (Telegram membership, email health, account status), warnings, and a primary action button if anything needs fixing.
2. Earnings SummaryFour-cell snapshot: Holding / Available / Paid / Lifetime.
3. Monthly Ambassador Promo CheckWhere you submit your monthly self-promo evidence — proof you're promoting Zinn Hub on your own socials. This block has its own lifecycle ("Done for this month" lock when approved, "Submit catch-up check" when overdue). Separate from the per-referral checks that live inside referral cards. See Section 13 Type 1.
4. Your Referral Link (generator)Build tracked URLs to any page on Zinn Hub from here — homepage, individual freelancer profiles, specific Zinns, categories, or your default referral link. Each URL stays attributed to you for 30 days from click.
5. Your ReferralsThe main workhorse. Every person you've ever referred shows here as a card with full intel, status, action buttons (Send email + Report a problem), and the per-referral self-promo check strip for freelancer referrals. Includes search, filter pills, and sorting. See Section 8.

Bottom section (tabbed)

Five tabs sit below the main section — switch between them for traffic insights, full history, settings, leaderboards, or this guide:

TabWhat it shows
📍 VisitsYour referral link with date created, your traffic chart (filtered by Last 7 / 30 / 90 days / All time), and your Recent signups table — a quick view of the last 20 referrals showing each one's track, status, last login, and signup date.
💲 HistoryFull paginated earnings ledger — every commission, bonus, prize, clawback, and payout, with state (Holding/Available/Paused/Paid), clearance dates, and pause reasons. See Section 14.
⚙️ SettingsYour payout method (six options — Zinn Wallet, PayPal, Stripe Connect, Payoneer, USDT, USDC), account preferences, and other configurable settings. See Section 7.
🏆 LeaderboardBoth monthly leaderboards (Buyer + Freelancer) with current standings, prize tiers, the scaling indicator (whether prizes pay at 100% / 50% / not at all), and last month's winners. See Section 15.
📄 User GuideThis guide — always on hand for reference.

The mental model: the top is your active workspace (status, earnings glance, the two things you submit, your referral cards). The bottom tabs are your reference and management views (traffic insights, full history, settings, competition standings). You'll spend most of your daily time in the top section and dip into the tabs for specific tasks.

03 — StatusYour ambassador status card

The status card is the first thing you should check whenever you log in. It tells you at a glance whether you're earning right now and what (if anything) is blocking you.

The earning-enabled badge

Top-right of the card you'll see one of:

  • Earning enabled — your account is in good standing and earnings will accrue on qualifying activity.
  • Earning blocked — something is preventing earnings. Check the gates list below the badge for the specific reason.

Per-track approval

Each track you've applied for shows its current status:

  • Approved — you're active on this track
  • Pending — application submitted, awaiting review
  • Suspended — temporarily paused, with a reason shown
  • Rejected — application not approved
  • Not applied — you can add this track via the application form

Gates

Below the track status, you'll see a list of gates that must all be open for earnings to flow:

  • Account status — must be in an earning-eligible state
  • Telegram group — must be a member of the Zinn Hub Ambassadors group
  • Email deliverability — your registered email must be healthy

Each gate shows a ✓ tick or × cross. If any gate is failing, you'll see a "Fix" button taking you straight to where you can resolve it.

Warnings

Warnings appear below the gates and come in three severities:

  • Info — informational, no immediate action required
  • Warning — needs attention, may impact earnings if ignored
  • 🚨 Critical — urgent, immediate action required

Common warnings include low-traffic alerts (you're getting few clicks on your referral link and may not qualify for leaderboards), quality warnings (referred users not converting at a healthy rate), and final quality warnings (your account is close to losing earning status).

04 — EarningsEarnings summary card

Four numbers, top-level snapshot:

CellWhat it means
HoldingEarnings credited but still in the 30-day holding window. Not yet available for payout.
AvailableReleased from holding, queued for the next monthly auto-payout (1st–3rd of the month).
PaidTotal ever paid out to you via the monthly payout runs.
LifetimeThe sum of everything you've ever earned, regardless of state.

How the flow works: a new commission enters Holding → after 30 days it moves to Available → on the next monthly payout run (1st–3rd) it moves to Paid. Refunds during the holding window void the commission automatically before it ever reaches Available.

05 — Health GatesTelegram & email gates

Telegram membership and email deliverability both appear as gates on your Ambassador Status card (the first block at the top of the dashboard). Each shows a ✓ tick or × cross next to its name, with a "Fix" button if anything's wrong. Both must pass for earnings to flow.

Telegram membership gate

You must be a member of the official Zinn Hub Ambassadors Telegram community to earn. If you haven't joined yet, the gate's Fix button takes you straight to the invite link. Once you join via the official bot, the gate updates automatically within a few minutes — no manual confirmation needed.

Email deliverability gate

Shows whether your registered account email is healthy.

  • Healthy — emails sent to you are landing
  • Issue — bouncing, marked invalid, or needs review. Earnings are paused until resolved.

If the gate flags an issue, the Fix button takes you to update your email in your account profile. Earnings auto-resume once email health returns to normal.

Your referral link generator is the 4th block in the top section of your dashboard (between the Monthly Promo Check and Your Referrals). From there you can grab your default link or build a custom tracked URL to any specific page on Zinn Hub.

Your default referral link is also visible at the top of the 📍 Visits tab alongside the date it was created — handy if you just want to copy it without scrolling.

Building tracked links to any page

You aren't limited to a single homepage link — you can build a tracked URL to any page on Zinn Hub, and your referral cookie tracks site-wide for 30 days from the click. Common targets:

  • Individual freelancer profiles (great for promoting your referred freelancers)
  • Individual Zinns (specific services)
  • Service category pages
  • The homepage (general traffic)
  • The freelancer signup page (recruit for activation bonuses)
  • Blog posts and landing pages

The 30-day attribution window: when someone clicks your tracked link, they have 30 days to register on Zinn Hub for the referral to be attributed to you. Once attributed, the 12-month earning window starts running from their first qualifying action (purchase for buyers, sale for freelancers).

07 — PayoutsSetting your payout method

Open the ⚙️ Settings tab at the bottom of your dashboard to set your preferred payout method. Six options are supported:

MethodHow it works
Zinn Wallet (default)Internal credit, immediately spendable on any Zinn, Project, Custom Offer, or Membership. Zero third-party fees. Wallet credits cannot be withdrawn externally.
PayPalSent to your registered PayPal email.
Stripe ConnectBank transfer via Stripe Connect.
PayoneerSent to your Payoneer account — strong for global payouts.
USDTCryptocurrency on TRC-20 (Tron) or BEP-20 (BNB Smart Chain).
USDCCryptocurrency on Solana or Polygon.

Change anytime: you can switch payout method at any point from the Settings tab, and the change takes effect on the next monthly payout run. Any balance already in your Zinn Wallet stays there to be spent on the platform — it won't be retroactively transferred to an external method.

When you get paid

Payouts run automatically between the 1st and 3rd of every calendar month, covering all Available balance accrued up to and including the last day of the preceding month. There's no manual withdrawal step.

Worked example: a commission credited on March 15 enters Holding → moves to Available on April 14 → pays out in the May 1–3 run.

08 — Main ToolThe Your Referrals section

This is the workhorse of the dashboard — the 5th block in the top section, sitting below the Ambassador Status, Earnings Summary, Monthly Promo Check, and your link generator. Every person you've ever referred shows up here as a card with full intel, status, action buttons, and (for freelancers) the per-referral self-promo check form.

Summary stats (top of section)

Four numbers across the top:

  • Total referrals — everyone you've ever brought in
  • Active — referrals currently in good standing (not banned, not expired, not removed)
  • Earning — referrals currently generating commission for you
  • Lifetime gross — total gross sales/purchases across all your referrals

Search and filters

Right above the cards is a search box (matches name or email) and a long row of filter pills. Click any pill to narrow the view; click again to clear. Counts update live next to each pill.

Top-level state filters

  • All — show everything
  • Earning — actively generating commission for you (they've made sales)
  • Ready to sell — cleared all gates (verified, TG joined, profile/Zinn published, socials added) but no sales yet. Earnings will flow the moment they sell.
  • Not earning — something is blocking earnings (paused, voided, banned, or a clock is overdue). Most need a nudge from you.

Verification filters

  • Verified — completed account verification (classic or QA)
  • Awaiting verify — within the 30-day verification window
  • In QA review — freelancers under quality assurance review

Freelancer onboarding gates

  • Awaiting profile — verified freelancers who haven't published their profile yet
  • Awaiting Zinn — published profile but no Zinn listed yet
  • Not in TG — freelancers who haven't joined the Zinn Hub Telegram community within their 30-day window
  • Missing socials — freelancers who haven't added social links to their profile within their 30-day window

Self-promo check filters (freelancer track)

  • Self-promo due — your 30-day per-referral check is due soon (Day 25–29 window)
  • Self-promo overdue — your 30-day per-referral check is past Day 30 — earnings on that referral are paused

End-state filters

  • Expired — referrals who missed the verification window
  • Banned — referrals whose accounts were banned platform-wide
  • Removed — referrals you reported as inactive that admin confirmed and removed

Track filters

  • Freelancer — show only freelancer-track referrals
  • Buyer — show only buyer-track referrals

Sort options

  • Best earner (default) — sorted by cumulative GMV they've generated
  • Most recent — newest signups first
  • Status — grouped by status

Pagination

25 cards per page. "Load more" reveals the next batch. The status pills count at the top of each filter updates live as you filter.

09 — Card AnatomyA referral card explained

Each referral card is a self-contained intel panel. Top to bottom, here's what every part means:

The top banner pill

A single status banner across the top of the card showing the highest-priority state for this referral. Priority order: banned > removed by admin > QA failed > paused > awaiting verification > rev-share expired > earning OK.

✓ Earning
This referral is actively generating commission for you. Good standing across the board.
⏸ Paused
Earnings on this referral are temporarily paused. Hover the banner for the reason; check the body of the card for the resolution path.
⏳ Awaiting
Within the 30-day verification window. Earnings haven't started yet — the referral needs to verify.
⌛ Expired
The 30-day verification window closed without verification. Referral has voided permanently — no future earnings possible.
⚠ Banned
The referred user has been banned from Zinn Hub. Earnings have been voided. Nothing to action.
◯ Removed by admin
You reported this referral and admin confirmed they are no longer active. They don't count toward your funnel.
⚠ QA failed
A referred freelancer failed the quality review. Earnings stay paused unless they pass a new QA cycle.

Identity row

Below the banner you see the referral's:

  • Display name (or #user_id if no name set)
  • Email address
  • Track pill💼 Freelancer or 🛒 Buyer
  • Status pill — verification state (see Section 10 for the full breakdown)
  • Earning pill — short-form earning state with hover tooltip
  • Deadline pills (freelancer only) — socials deadline, TG deadline, both with countdown when active

Body stats

A small grid showing:

  • Signed up — days since signup, with verify-window countdown if applicable
  • Last login — days since last login; flagged amber if over 30 days, red if over 44 days (where the account auto-transitions to "Inactive — no login")
  • For freelancers: Profile/Zinn published dots (which milestones they've hit), and cumulative Gross Sales
  • For buyers: Order count, total purchase value

Inline notices

State-specific notices appear here when relevant:

  • If awaiting verification: shows days left to verify and a copyable verify URL you can send them
  • If in QA review: shows QA reference number and days remaining in the review window
  • If QA failed: explains earnings stay paused until they pass a new QA cycle
  • If banned: confirms earnings voided
  • If removed by admin: confirms the referral was reported and admin-confirmed; it no longer counts toward your funnel
  • If you've filed a report that's awaiting admin review: shows a "Report under review" pill — the self-promo check is auto-paused while admin reviews so you won't be penalised

Self-promo check strip (freelancer track only)

For verified freelancer referrals, the self-promo check form appears here. Status colour-coded:

  • Green — "Check completed" — your check is done for this period; no submit form. Shows how many days until the next check window opens.
  • Green — "OK" — bucket OK, check is current.
  • Amber — due soon (Day 25+) or rejected with resubmission available.
  • Blue — submitted and currently under admin review.
  • Red — overdue (Day 30+) — earnings on this referral are paused.

See Section 13 for the full self-promo workflow.

Action buttons

  • View profile (freelancer) — opens their public Zinn Hub profile
  • View store (freelancer) — opens their vendor store
  • Send email — opens the modal to email them through Zinn Hub (see Section 11)
  • Report a problem with this referral — opens the report modal (see Section 12) for referrals you suspect are inactive, fake, or unresponsive
  • + More detail — expands to show extra intel

Expanded detail

Click "More detail" to reveal:

  • Social links from their profile — clickable to verify they're promoting Zinn Hub from their channels
  • Signup details — exact dates for signup, verification, first order, rev-share window end
  • Buyer-track only: Recent activity timeline + latest reviews left
  • "No sales yet" help section — appears for verified freelancers who haven't sold yet, with concrete tips on how to help them

10 — PillsEvery status pill, decoded

The pills on each card communicate a lot at a glance. Here's the complete decoder.

Verification status pills

✓ Active or ✓ Verified Xd ago
The referral has self-verified their account. They clicked the verify link and confirmed identity within the 30-day window.
✓ Verified (via QA)
Stronger than self-verify — the Zinn Hub QA team has run them through Quality Assurance review. Self-promo checks are skipped for QA-verified freelancers (they've already been vouched for by the platform).
⌛ In QA review · Ref #123 · Xd left
A referred freelancer is under active quality review. Earnings are paused during review. Hover the pill for sub-status detail.
⚠ QA failed
QA review failed or expired. Freelancer can't sell on Zinn Hub. Earnings stay paused unless/until they pass a new QA cycle.
⏳ Awaiting verification
Within the 30-day window from signup. They haven't verified yet. Earnings won't accrue until they do — use Send Email to nudge them.
⏳ Expired
30-day verification window elapsed. Referral has voided permanently. No earnings will ever accrue from this referral.
⚠ Banned
The referred user has been banned from Zinn Hub. Any earnings voided.
◯ Removed by admin
You filed a report on this referral and admin confirmed they are inactive/fake/non-engaged. The referral is marked removed and doesn't count toward your active funnel. See Section 12 for how the report flow works.
⏸ Inactive — no login
Auto-applied when a referral hasn't logged in for 44+ days. Earnings on this referral pause. Auto-restores the moment they log back in. Voided earnings stay voided.
⏳ Report under review
You've filed a report on this referral that's currently in the admin queue. The self-promo check on this referral is auto-paused while admin reviews — you won't be penalised for an overdue check during this period.

Earning pills

💰 Earning
Active and generating commission on qualifying activity.
· Not earning
Earnings paused or otherwise blocked. Tooltip explains why.
· Earnings voided
Hard-stop. Earnings permanently reversed (refund, ban, QA fail, never-verified, fraud).
· Paused — in QA review
Freelancer currently under QA. They can't sell during review, so nothing accrues either way.
· Rev-share expired
The 12-month earning window from this referral has ended. They may still be active but you no longer earn on new activity.

Deadline pills (freelancer track only)

⏳ Awaiting socials · Xd left
Freelancer hasn't added social links yet. 30-day clock running from verification. Use the "Remind to add socials" email template.
⏸ Earnings paused — no socials
30 days elapsed without socials. Earnings auto-pause. Resumes the moment they add at least one social link.
⏳ Not in TG · Xd left
Freelancer hasn't joined the Zinn Hub Telegram community yet. 30-day clock from verification.
⏸ Earnings paused — not in TG
30 days elapsed without joining Telegram. Earnings auto-pause. Resumes the moment they're approved in the community.

Live, bidirectional monitoring: the platform watches these conditions continuously. If a freelancer adds socials → earnings auto-resume. If they later remove all their socials → earnings auto-pause again. Same for profile/Zinn publish state, Telegram membership, and login activity. There's no manual reset needed at any point — fix the underlying state and the system catches up.

11 — EmailSending an email to a referral

Built into every referral card is a "Send email" button that opens a modal to send a templated or custom email directly to that referral — sent through Zinn Hub's official email pipeline and signed by you. No copy-pasting addresses, no relying on whether they've added you on Telegram.

Available templates

🌐Both tracks

  • Complete verification — when they're within the verification window
  • Verification expiring (X days) — when close to the 30-day deadline
  • Long time no see — when they've been inactive
  • Custom message — write your own (max 2000 chars)

💼Freelancer-only

  • Welcome — finish your profile — verified but no profile yet
  • List your first Zinn — profile complete but no Zinn yet
  • Remind to add socials — no socials added to profile
  • Reminder: link back to Zinn Hub — they're not promoting Zinn Hub from their channels

🛒Buyer-only

  • Welcome — place your first order — verified but no order yet
  • We miss you — come back — no recent order
  • Tip: leave reviews — they have orders but haven't reviewed

Rate limits

To prevent spamming, the system enforces three rate limits:

  • Per referral, per 24 hours: 3 emails
  • Per referral, lifetime: 20 emails
  • Per ambassador, per day: 100 emails

The modal shows your current usage at the top — if you've hit a limit, the send button disables and explains which limit was hit.

Why the rate limits exist: the email tool is a serious channel — it lands in your referrals' actual inboxes from a Zinn Hub-signed domain. The limits exist to keep the channel trusted and to prevent abuse from any single ambassador.

12 — ReportReporting a problem with a referral

Sometimes a referral signs up, verifies, and then goes silent — or you spot signs they're not a real, engaged user (fake-looking profile, AI-generated photo, no activity months after signup, no response to any of your outreach). The Ambassador Programme rewards genuine traffic, so leaving inactive or fake referrals on your roster hurts both you (overdue self-promo checks pile up on dead accounts) and the platform.

The "Report a problem with this referral" button on every active referral card lets you flag the referral for admin review. Admin investigates, makes a decision, and you're notified of the outcome.

When to use it

  • No activity since signup — they verified weeks/months ago but have done nothing on the platform
  • Looks like a fake account — AI-generated profile photo, generic copy-pasted bio, suspicious sign-up pattern
  • Not responding to your outreach — you've tried emailing them multiple times via the Send Email tool with no reply
  • Stopped engaging — they were active for a while then went completely cold, with no path to re-engagement
⚠ This is not a casual button

Reports require evidence. The form will not let you submit without proof you've genuinely tried to reach this referral first — see "Outreach attempts" below. Don't report referrals just because they haven't sold yet, or because they've been quiet for a couple of weeks. Use it for referrals who are demonstrably gone or never were real to begin with.

What the report form asks for

  1. Reason category — dropdown: inactive, suspected fake, unresponsive after outreach, other
  2. Brief note — describe what you've noticed (max 2000 chars). Example: "Signed up 3 months ago, verified, never logged in again. Profile photo appears AI-generated."
  3. A screenshot — PNG or JPG, max 5MB. Could be of their inactive profile, suspicious-looking bio, or anything that supports your case.
  4. Outreach attemptsrequired, structured evidence. For each attempt, you log:
    • Date you tried to reach them
    • Method (Zinn Hub email tool, Telegram DM, etc.)
    • Outcome (no reply after 5 days, bounced, read but no response, etc.)
You can log up to multiple attempts. The form requires at least one valid attempt before it lets you submit.

What happens while admin reviews

Once you submit, the referral card displays a ⏳ Report under review pill. Two important things happen automatically during this period:

  • The self-promo check on this referral is paused. You won't be penalised for an overdue check on a referral you've already reported — the system knows admin is looking into it.
  • The Report button is hidden on that card. You can't submit duplicate reports.

Possible outcomes

OutcomeWhat it means
Confirmed removedAdmin agreed — referral is inactive / not real / unresponsive. Status changes to ◯ Removed by admin. The referral no longer counts toward your active funnel. No further self-promo checks required. You're notified by email + dashboard.
Confirmed bannedAdmin investigation revealed something that warrants a full account ban (fake account, fraud, etc.). The user is banned platform-wide. Status flips to ⚠ Banned; any earnings on this referral are voided.
DismissedAdmin reviewed and decided the referral is actually fine — perhaps they had a recent login admin could see, or the evidence wasn't conclusive. Reason is shared with you. The referral returns to its previous status; the self-promo check resumes from where it was. You can re-report later if circumstances change materially.

The report flow is on your side. It exists to clean up your roster of unreal or completely inactive referrals so your remaining metrics reflect real engagement. Using it well — with genuine evidence — helps both you (cleaner dashboard, no penalties on dead accounts) and the platform (better signal on which ambassadors are bringing real users).

13 — Self-PromoSelf-promo checks

There are two types of self-promo check you'll see on your dashboard, and it's important to understand the difference. Both protect the quality of the programme, both pause your earnings if neglected, and both follow the same Day 25 → 28 → 30 → 44 escalation pattern.

Check typeApplies toAbout
Monthly ambassador checkAll ambassadors (both tracks)Proves you are actively promoting Zinn Hub on your own socials. Freelancer Track adds a second section proving you're promoting your referrals too.
Per-referral checkFreelancer Track onlyProves each referred freelancer is promoting Zinn Hub on their socials. Once per referral, every 30 days.

The big picture: the Ambassador Programme isn't passive income — it's an active partnership. Your job is to bring real traffic to Zinn Hub AND, if you're on Freelancer Track, to make sure the freelancers you bring in are doing the same. The self-promo checks are how we verify both sides of that deal.

Type 1: Your monthly ambassador self-promo check (all tracks)

The Monthly Ambassador Promo Check is the 3rd block at the top of your dashboard — it's its own submission form with its own state (e.g. "Done for this month", "Submit catch-up check"). This applies whether you're on Buyer Track, Freelancer Track, or both.

The cadence is calendar-month based — each month has its own check window. Once you submit and the check is approved for the current month, the block shows "✅ Done for this month" and locks until the next month opens.

What you upload (all tracks)

Per-channel evidence that you posted something promoting Zinn Hub in the last month. For each channel you submit:

  1. The platform — X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, Facebook, Blog, Newsletter, or Other
  2. A screenshot of your post on that platform (PNG/JPG, max 5MB)
  3. The public URL to your post — the review team clicks through to verify it's live
  4. What it links to on Zinn Hub — your tracked referral link to the homepage, a category, a specific freelancer, a specific Zinn, or general Zinn Hub promotion

You need at least one channel of evidence to pass. Most ambassadors submit 2–4 channels — that's the sweet spot showing genuine multi-channel promotion without overdoing the work.

Freelancer Track extra: promoting your referrals

If you're on Freelancer Track, your monthly check has a second section on top of the standard Zinn Hub promotion above: evidence that you're actively promoting your referred freelancers on your own socials.

This isn't busywork. Promoting your referrals on your channels is how you drive sales and exposure to them — which is what powers your recurring 10% commission for 12 months. The more eyes you put on your referred freelancers' profiles, stores, and Zinns, the more orders they get, the more you earn. It's the most direct lever you have for growing your monthly income.

For this section, you submit per-channel evidence showing:

  1. The platform you posted on
  2. A screenshot of your post recommending or featuring one of your referred freelancers
  3. The public URL to your post
  4. Which referral you were promoting — pick from your list of active freelancer referrals
  5. What it links to — their profile, their store, or one of their specific Zinns

You don't need to promote every single referral every month — what matters is showing genuine, ongoing support. A common rhythm: rotate through your strongest referrals, give 1–3 dedicated promotional posts per month, and keep them in the mix on your general content.

Escalation timeline (monthly check)

DayWhat happens
Day 0–24Check is current. Dashboard shows green "Up to date".
Day 25In-app nudge appears. Status turns amber: "Due soon".
Day 28Email warning sent to you.
Day 30All your earnings pause immediately — across every referral and every track. This is an ambassador-level pause, not a per-referral one. Submitting a passing check auto-restores them.
Day 30 + 14 (Day 44)Your ambassador account auto-suspends. Removed from leaderboards. All held earnings frozen. Reinstatement is at the Zinn Hub team's discretion and may trigger a full quality review.

The easiest way to stay on top of it: set a recurring monthly calendar reminder the day after you submit. Spend 15 minutes once a month gathering screenshots from your recent posts. If you're posting regularly anyway (which the programme expects), there's nothing new to do — just package up the evidence.

Type 2: Per-referral self-promo check (Freelancer Track only)

This check lives inside each referral card in the Your Referrals section — one self-promo strip per active freelancer referral. The cadence is rolling 30 days from the last submission (not calendar-month). Every 30 days, per active freelancer referral, you confirm that your referral is genuinely promoting Zinn Hub on their channels.

Why both exist: the monthly ambassador check proves you are doing your job. The per-referral check proves your referrals are doing theirs. The 10% commission on Freelancer Track rewards you for bringing in productive Zinners — people who actually drive their own traffic and sales. The per-referral check is how that productivity gets verified.

When the per-referral check is required

The per-referral check is required for active verified freelancer referrals who have at least one of: a published profile OR a published Zinn. Until that bar is met, no check is required (the strip shows "Not required yet").

For QA-verified freelancers, the check is skipped entirely — the Zinn Hub QA team has already vouched for them.

For referrals you've reported as a problem (see Section 12), the check is paused while admin reviews — you won't be penalised during this period.

Escalation timeline (per-referral check)

DayWhat happens
Day 0–24Check is current. Strip shows green "OK — checked Xd ago".
Day 25In-app nudge appears. Strip turns amber: "Due soon".
Day 28Email warning sent to you.
Day 30Earnings from this referral pause immediately. Pause auto-restores the moment you submit a passing check.
Day 30 + 14 (Day 44)Ambassador account auto-suspended. Removed from leaderboards. All accrued held earnings frozen. Reinstatement requires completing all overdue checks and may trigger a quality review.

What the per-referral check looks like

The form is framed around your referral, not you. The point is to demonstrate they are promoting Zinn Hub from their channels — linking back to their profile, store, or specific Zinns from their socials.

For each channel you tick, you submit:

  1. The platform — pick from: X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, Facebook, Blog, Newsletter, Other
  2. A screenshot of their post on that platform (PNG/JPG, max 5MB)
  3. The public URL to that post — the review team clicks through to verify it's live
  4. What it links to on Zinn Hub: their profile, their store, specific Zinns they offer, or Zinn Hub generally (tick at least one)

You can submit up to 5 channels per check. An optional 2000-char note can be added for context.

Shared rules for both check types

⚠ Submitting fabricated evidence will get you removed

The Zinn Hub review team spot-checks every submission against your known social handles and your referrals'. Submitting evidence that isn't real — fabricated screenshots, recycled posts from years ago passed off as recent, evidence from someone else's account, or wrong-user posts — will result in your ambassador status being permanently revoked. There's no second chance on this. Don't risk it.

What happens after you submit (both check types)

About 80% of submissions auto-approve instantly — clean evidence with matching handles and live URLs passes through with no manual review. The other 20% get spot-checked by an admin for quality control (this percentage is higher for new ambassadors, after a recent rejection, or on resubmissions). You'll see one of these states on the strip:

  • Check completed — your evidence is recorded. The strip shows how many days until the next check window opens. No further action required. If admin spot-checks the submission later, you'll only be notified if there's an issue.
  • Under admin review — your submission has been flagged for admin review. Could be a routine spot-check, a resubmission, or new-ambassador scrutiny. This referral counts as checked while admin reviews — no action needed from you.
  • Info requested — admin needs more info before approving. Reason and question shown on the strip; you get one resubmission to address it.
  • Rejected — rejected with a reason. Earnings stay paused. You get one resubmission to try again.

Resubmissions

You're allowed one resubmission per check — whether it's a monthly ambassador check or a per-referral check. After a rejection or info request, fix the issue and resubmit. Resubmissions always go to full admin review (no auto-approval). If your resubmission is also rejected, that check is exhausted — for monthly checks you'd wait until the next month's window, for per-referral checks until the next 30-day cycle.

Auto-restore on completion

If your earnings have already paused because a check was overdue, submitting a passing check automatically restores them. You'll get a confirmation email. No manual review needed for the restoration.

  • Paused — held back due to a pause reason. Shows a friendly reason chip (see below).
  • Paid — paid out. Shows the paid-on date.

Pause reason chips

Paused rows show a short reason chip with a longer tooltip. The full list:

  • awaiting verification — referral hasn't completed identity verification
  • missing socials — referral hasn't added socials within 30 days
  • not in Telegram — referral hasn't joined the community within 30 days
  • vendor store paused — the referred Zinner's store has been temporarily paused by admin
  • vendor on vacation — referred vendor switched to vacation mode
  • referral inactive 44d — referral hasn't logged in for 44+ days
  • promotion check overdue — your monthly Ambassador Promotion Check is overdue by 44+ days — submit it now to restore earnings

Most pauses auto-restore: the moment the underlying condition is resolved (referral verifies, adds socials, joins TG, logs back in, store reopens, you submit the catch-up self-promo check), the paused earnings flip back to holding and continue toward release. The monitoring is bidirectional and live — no manual reset needed.

15 — LeaderboardsThe live leaderboards

Open the 🏆 Leaderboard tab at the bottom of your dashboard. Two independent monthly leaderboards run in parallel — one for the Buyer Track, one for the Freelancer Track. Each has its own prize pool.

Prize tiers (per track)

RankPrize
🥇 1st$1,000
🥈 2nd$500
🥉 3rd$500
#4–10$100 each

Total prize pool per leaderboard per month: $2,700. With two leaderboards: $5,400/month total. Compete on both tracks → win on both.

Scaling indicator

At the top of each leaderboard, a coloured banner shows the current payout level based on the number of qualifying ambassadors that month:

  • Paid at 100% — 10+ ambassadors with qualifying conversions. Full prizes pay.
  • ⚠️ Prizes pay at 50% (small cohort) — 5–9 ambassadors. Half prizes pay to ranked positions.
  • Not enough qualifying ambassadors — prizes won't pay — fewer than 5. No prizes that month, no roll-over.

How rankings work

Each track has its own leaderboard, and they work in two complementary ways:

  • The live widget (throughout the month) ranks ambassadors by total commission earned from qualifying referrals — the dollar totals you see in the leaderboard tab are real money your qualifying referrals have already generated. Empty totals just mean no referrals have fully qualified yet this month.
  • The prize ranking (finalised on the 1st) ranks ambassadors by how many fully-qualifying referrals each ambassador produced that month — one referral counts once, regardless of how many bonuses or orders fired during the month.

What "fully-qualifying" means

The qualification rule differs by track:

  • Buyer Track: a referral counts the moment the buyer completes their first purchase. From that point on every order they place adds to your live widget commission total.
  • Freelancer Track: a referral counts once the freelancer has cleared all five gates:
    1. Profile published within window
    2. Zinn published within window
    3. Verified within 30 days
    4. Currently in the Zinn Hub Telegram community
    5. First sale completed

Why the Freelancer Track is gated this way: the bonuses ($2.50, $5, $15) all still credit to your earnings ledger as soon as their individual triggers fire — you earn the money along the way regardless. But the leaderboard rewards productive referrals, not signups that go nowhere. Until your referral is verified, in TG, and has made at least one sale, they're not yet productive — so they don't move your leaderboard standing. The moment the last gate flips (usually the first sale), the referral starts counting.

"Bad standing" indicator

Ambassadors flagged with a Bad standing label on the leaderboards have at least one active enforcement issue — paused earnings, suspended status, an overdue ambassador check, or similar. They still appear in the rankings but are visibly flagged. If you ever see this on your own row, check your status card for what's blocking you and resolve it before the month closes.

What's excluded from leaderboards

A referral doesn't count toward leaderboard rankings if any of these apply at month close:

  • Hasn't fully qualified yet — Buyer Track: hasn't made first purchase. Freelancer Track: any of the 5 qualification gates still open (no first sale, not in TG, profile or Zinn unpublished, verify window missed)
  • The referred user failed verification (referral voided)
  • The referred freelancer is currently in QA review (at month close)
  • The referred freelancer failed QA, was suspended, or banned
  • The referral was reported and admin-confirmed removed
  • Refunds, chargebacks, or successful disputes
  • You're currently under your own QA review

Last month's winners

Below the current leaderboard, an archive section shows last month's final standings — including a note on whether prizes paid at 100%, 50%, or not at all due to the cohort size.

Prize payout

Leaderboards finalise on the 1st of each month. Prize money credits to your account automatically and pays out in the same monthly payout run (1st–3rd) via your chosen payout method.

16 — Buyer TrackBuyer Track playbook

You're approved on Buyer Track. Here's the most effective workflow.

Day 1 — Setup

  1. Confirm your Ambassador Status block (top of dashboard) shows Earning enabled with Buyer track approved
  2. Join the Zinn Hub Telegram community (use the Fix button on the status block if the gate is failing)
  3. Set your payout method in the ⚙️ Settings tab
  4. Grab your referral link from the Your Referral Link generator (4th block from the top)

What you earn

  • 10% commission on every order your referred buyer places
  • For 12 months from their first qualifying purchase
  • Applies to everything — Zinns, Projects, Custom Offers, Memberships (recurring monthly), add-ons
  • No cap on referrals or total earnings

How you get on the leaderboard

On Buyer Track, the rule is simple: your referred buyer counts toward your monthly leaderboard ranking the moment they complete their first purchase. Every order they place after that contributes to your live widget commission total. The live widget ranks ambassadors by total dollar commission earned from qualifying buyers; the prize ranking (finalised on the 1st of each month) ranks by the count of qualifying buyers you produced that month. See Section 15 for the full mechanics.

Where to share your link

Anywhere you have an audience that needs freelance services:

  • Your newsletter, blog, or content site
  • Your professional social channels (LinkedIn, X, YouTube)
  • Niche communities where buyers spend time
  • Direct outreach to clients who might benefit
  • Embedded in content like "here's the service I use for X"

The own-purchase rebate

Often overlooked: you can use your own referral link to buy other vendors' Zinns and earn 10% back on those purchases. If you're also a Zinner buying support services (design, content, marketing) from other vendors, this is effectively a permanent 10% rebate on what you spend on Zinn Hub. The only restriction is you can't refer yourself for your own products.

What we expect of you

  • Send real, quality buyers — people with genuine intent to hire
  • Target your real audience, not bulk traffic
  • Promote specific things that solve real problems
  • Honest promotion only — no overpromising specific outcomes
  • No incentivised purchases or paid signups
  • Long-game thinking — one quality buyer = recurring income for 12 months
  • Complete your monthly self-promo check on time — see Section 13, Type 1. Buyer Track ambassadors only do the monthly ambassador check; there's no per-referral check on this track.

Tracking your referred buyers

Your referred buyers appear in the "Your Referrals" section with the 🛒 Buyer track pill. The body of their card shows their order count and total spent — easy way to see who's converting and where to focus your support.

17 — Freelancer TrackFreelancer Track playbook

You're approved on Freelancer Track. This track requires more active engagement than Buyer Track — but the earning potential is much higher because you can earn the activation stack AND the 12-month 10% on every referred freelancer.

The activation stack ($22.50 per qualified freelancer)

TriggerAmount
Both their freelancer profile and first Zinn are published$2.50
Their first real order completes$5.00
They cross $500 in cumulative completed sales$15.00

Plus 10% on every order they fulfil for 12 months from their first sale.

The full workflow per referral

Step 1 — They sign up via your link

They appear in your referrals list with status ⏳ Awaiting verification and a 30-day countdown. Nudge them to verify immediately using the "Complete verification" email template. If they don't verify within 30 days, the referral voids permanently — no recovery.

Step 2 — They verify

Status flips to ✓ Active or ✓ Verified. Now the 30-day clocks start ticking for socials and Telegram. Use the "Remind to add socials" and (when relevant) Telegram nudges from the Send Email modal.

Step 3 — They publish profile + Zinn → $2.50 unlocked

Both required. Just a profile or just a Zinn won't trigger the bonus. Use the "Welcome — finish your profile" template if they have a Zinn but no profile, or "List your first Zinn" if they have a profile but no Zinn.

Step 4 — First order completes → $5 unlocked

This is where active promotion of their profile makes a huge difference. Share their profile on your channels. Highlight a specific Zinn they offer.

Step 5 — They cross $500 GMV → $15 unlocked

Continue supporting them. The $15 milestone is the "they're a real freelancer" signal — they've traded enough to prove they're here for the long haul.

Step 6 — Ongoing for 12 months → 10% per order

Every order they fulfil from their first sale onward earns you 10% for the next 12 months. This is where the real recurring income comes from. One freelancer earning $2,000/month = $200/month to you for a year.

How leaderboard qualification fits in

Important to understand: the $2.50, $5, and $15 bonuses above all credit to your earnings ledger as soon as their individual triggers fire — you earn the money along the way regardless of what else happens. But for monthly leaderboard ranking, a freelancer referral only counts once all five gates are open:

  1. Profile published within window
  2. Zinn published within window
  3. Verified within 30 days
  4. Currently in the Zinn Hub Telegram community
  5. First sale completed

Until all five are true, the earnings from that referral sit in your ledger but the referral itself doesn't move your leaderboard standing. The moment the last gate flips (usually the first sale), they start counting for that month. The leaderboard rewards depth of real, productive activity — not drive-by signups. See Section 15 for the full mechanics.

Why active promotion matters: the community-first model

Zinn Hub is a community-first platform. Everyone on the platform — every freelancer, every buyer, every ambassador — wins when we promote each other. The 10% recurring commission you earn for 12 months is the economic engine of that model: your success is tied directly to your referred freelancers' success. The more eyes you put on their profiles, stores, and Zinns, the more orders they get — and the more you earn.

That's not a one-way street. Zinn Hub itself promotes every active freelancer on the platform for free — across X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, the Zinn Hub blog, our newsletter, and through paid advertising campaigns. We feature Zinners in roundup posts, spotlight stories, category showcases, and seasonal pushes. Every productive freelancer benefits from that visibility without paying for it.

What we ask in return — from ambassadors AND from the freelancers you bring in — is that everyone contributes to the same engine. This is how communities work: each person plays their part promoting the others. Zinn Hub promotes the freelancers, the freelancers promote Zinn Hub, ambassadors promote both, and the whole thing compounds.

Your role as a Freelancer Track ambassador

You're expected to actively help your referred freelancers achieve sales in every way you can. The 10% commission for 12 months gives the maths plenty of headroom for ambassadors who promote at scale. Concrete actions:

  • Promote their profiles, stores, and specific Zinns on your own channels — your audience already trusts you, so a recommendation from you carries weight. Rotate through your referrals; spotlight different ones across the month.
  • Use multiple platforms — X, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, your newsletter, your blog. Different audiences live on different channels, so the more you spread the work, the wider your reach gets.
  • Run paid advertising where it makes sense — if you already run ads (Meta, Google, niche networks), include your referrals where relevant. With 12 months of recurring 10%, one strong referral can pay back the ad spend many times over.
  • Mention them in your content — case studies, "freelancers I recommend" lists, niche-specific roundups, behind-the-scenes posts about projects you've worked on with them.
  • Make introductions — if someone in your network needs the kind of work one of your referrals does, connect them directly. Even one direct intro can spark months of recurring commission.
  • Coach them on the basics — pricing properly, responding to inquiries quickly, completing profiles fully, photographing and describing their Zinns well. Small things make huge differences to conversion rates.
  • Encourage them to promote themselves and Zinn Hub on their own channels — this is non-negotiable on Freelancer Track. The per-referral check verifies it monthly. Help them understand it from day one: posting about their work, linking their Zinn Hub profile/store/Zinns from their own socials, and promoting Zinn Hub as a platform is how they grow their own business — and yours.

Their role as Zinners — what to remind them of

Make sure your referrals understand: they're part of the same community, and the same rules apply to them. Zinn Hub promotes them for free, drives buyers to them, and gives them a global stage. In return, they're expected to:

  • Promote Zinn Hub on their own socials (X, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) — at minimum monthly, ideally far more frequently
  • Link their Zinn Hub profile, store, and specific Zinns from their personal channels
  • Respond to inquiries fast and deliver quality work — their reputation grows the whole platform
  • Stay active in the Zinn Hub Telegram community and engage with other Zinners there
  • Reciprocate where they can — supporting fellow Zinners, sharing the platform's success stories, helping new arrivals find their feet

The per-referral self-promo check (see Section 13, Type 2) is your monthly verification that they're holding up their end. If they're not, you can't earn at full pace. Remind them regularly — and remind them why it matters: this is a community-first platform, and the model only works if everyone plays their part. They benefit hugely from Zinn Hub's free promotion of their work; in return, they put Zinn Hub in front of their own audiences. Fair exchange, compounding value for everyone involved.

The monthly rhythm — what reports go where

Once a month, your Monthly Ambassador Promo Check (Section 13, Type 1) is where you formally report on:

  • Your own promotion of Zinn Hub across your channels
  • Your promotion of your referred freelancers across your channels

And once every 30 days, per active freelancer referral, the per-referral check is where you report on:

  • That specific referral's promotion of Zinn Hub on their channels

These checks aren't bureaucracy — they're the evidence that the community model is actually working. Genuine, consistent promotion from all sides is what keeps the whole engine turning. Treat them as part of your monthly rhythm rather than a chore.

Continuous, bidirectional monitoring

Important to understand: the platform watches your referrals' state continuously, in both directions. The 30-day clocks for socials, Telegram, profile, and Zinn are real, but the system isn't "fire-and-forget" — it's reactive.

What this means in practice:

  • If a freelancer adds socials at Day 45 (after the clock expired and earnings paused) → earnings auto-resume the same day
  • If a freelancer who'd been compliant later removes all their social links → earnings auto-pause again
  • If a freelancer unpublishes their profile after the Both-Published bonus paid out → that bonus may clawback and the referral re-enters gating
  • If a freelancer goes 44+ days with no login → status flips to ⏸ Inactive — no login and earnings pause. The moment they log back in, the pause lifts.
  • If a freelancer joins or leaves Telegram → earnings adjust in real time

You don't need to manage any of this manually. Just be aware that the gates work both ways — your job is to keep your referrals engaged and the system handles the rest.

Your self-promo checks

Freelancer Track ambassadors have two compliance checks running in parallel — both critical, both with the same Day 30 pause / Day 44 suspend escalation. See Section 13 for the full breakdown.

  1. Your monthly ambassador check — once a month, upload evidence that you are promoting Zinn Hub on your socials AND that you're promoting your referred freelancers on your socials. This is what helps your referrals get sales — and your 10% commission grows directly out of it.
  2. Per-referral check (every 30 days, per referral) — for each active freelancer referral, upload evidence that they are promoting Zinn Hub on their socials.
⚠ Don't let either check slip

Missing the monthly ambassador check at Day 30 pauses all your earnings across every referral. Missing a per-referral check at Day 30 pauses earnings from that specific referral. Day 44 overdue on either type = your entire ambassador account auto-suspends. Removed from leaderboards. All held earnings frozen. Reinstatement is at the Zinn Hub team's discretion and may trigger a full quality review.

What to do with referrals who never engage

Some referrals will sign up, verify, and then disappear — or it'll become clear over time they're not real / not productive. Rather than let them rack up overdue self-promo checks on dead accounts, use the Report a problem with this referral button to flag them for admin review. See Section 12 for the full process and what evidence is required.

What we expect of you

  • Recruit actually skilled freelancers — not anyone with a pulse
  • Help them onboard properly — profile, Zinn, social links, Telegram
  • Actively promote their profiles, stores, and Zinns on your channels — this is the single highest-leverage thing you can do for your recurring income. It also forms part of your monthly self-promo evidence.
  • Promote Zinn Hub itself on your socials regularly — required for your monthly ambassador check
  • Complete both self-promo check types on time — the monthly ambassador check AND the per-referral check on every active referral
  • Stay in active communication with your referrals via the dashboard email tool
  • Report inactive or fake referrals using the Report button rather than letting overdue checks pile up

18 — Add a TrackAdding the other track

If you're approved on one track and want to add the other (Buyer if you started on Freelancer, or vice versa), head to the application page from your dashboard. The form detects you're already approved and shows a streamlined "Add another track" version — it skips the personal info, knowledge check, and identity verification you already submitted, and just asks about the new track. Each track is reviewed independently.

What the streamlined form asks for

Track selection

Pick the track you want to add — Buyer or Freelancer.

How you will promote (this track)

  • Primary niche (e.g. digital marketing, design, e-commerce, content)
  • Secondary niche (optional)
  • Sample content URL — link to your blog, video, social, anything showing reach for this audience
  • Promotion plan — minimum 80 characters, specific to how you'll work this new track. Vague answers usually rejected.

Buyer track specifics (if adding Buyer Track)

  • Service scope you'll refer for (all services / specific categories / projects / features / mixed)
  • More about the buyers you'll refer

Terms agreement

Confirm you've read the Ambassador Programme Terms as they apply to the new track.

After you submit

Track applications are reviewed manually. Most decisions come within a few business days. You'll receive an email confirming approval or explaining the decision. Once approved on the new track, the relevant features unlock immediately — new pills appear on your referrals (filtered by track), the leaderboard for that track becomes accessible, and you can start sending referrals on the new track straight away.

Same-account, same-link: adding a track doesn't give you a separate referral link. Your existing tracked links continue to work — when someone signs up via your link, they're attributed to you on whichever track matches their account type (buyer or freelancer). Once you're approved on both tracks, you can earn from either side without doing anything different.

19 — FAQTroubleshooting & FAQ

My status card says "Earning blocked" — why?

Check the gates list. One of three things is failing: account status (not in an earning-eligible state), Telegram group (not a member), or email deliverability (your email is bouncing or flagged). Each gate has a "Fix" button taking you straight to the resolution.

One of my referrals shows "Awaiting verification" — what should I do?

Click "Send email" on their card and pick the "Complete verification" template. The email goes through Zinn Hub's official pipeline with a verify link. They have 30 days from signup to complete verification — after that, the referral voids permanently with no recovery.

One of my freelancer referrals has socials/TG pause pills — how do I help?

Click "Send email" and pick "Remind to add socials" or the equivalent Telegram nudge. Both clocks run 30 days from verification; once elapsed, earnings auto-pause until they comply. The moment they add a social link or join the community, earnings auto-restore. The monitoring is continuous and bidirectional — if they later remove socials or leave TG, earnings re-pause until restored.

My self-promo check is rejected — what now?

Applies to both check types (monthly ambassador check and per-referral check). The strip shows the reason. You get one resubmission per check to address it. Fix the issue (clearer screenshot, correct platform, valid public URL, link confirms you're promoting Zinn Hub or — for per-referral — confirms the referral is) and submit again. Resubmissions go to full admin review.

I have a referral who's gone completely dark. What do I do?

First, try the "Send email" tool — pick "Long time no see" or write a custom message. If you've already tried multiple times with no response, use the Report a problem with this referral button. The form requires you to log your outreach attempts as proof you've tried to engage them first. If admin confirms the report, the referral is marked removed and stops counting against your self-promo checks. See Section 12.

My referral's status changed to "Inactive — no login" — what now?

Auto-applied when they've been logged out for 44+ days. Their earnings pause until they log back in. Send them an email (the "Long time no see" template is built for this). The moment they log in, the status reverts and earnings resume. If they truly never come back, consider using the Report a problem flow.

Do I have to promote Zinn Hub even on Buyer Track?

Yes — the monthly ambassador self-promo check applies to all ambassadors on all tracks. The Ambassador Programme is an active partnership, not passive income. The good news on Buyer Track is that you only have the monthly check to keep up with — Buyer Track doesn't have the per-referral checks that Freelancer Track does.

Why did my earnings get clawed back?

Clawbacks happen in five cases: (1) buyer refunded the order, (2) referred freelancer failed QA, (3) referred freelancer banned or removed, (4) profile unpublished after the Publish + Profile bonus credited, (5) self-referral or fraud detection. The earnings ledger shows the reason on each clawback row.

When will I actually get paid?

Auto-payouts run between the 1st and 3rd of every calendar month. They cover all Available balance accrued up to the last day of the preceding month. No manual withdrawal — the system sends to your configured payout method automatically.

Can I change my payout method?

Yes, anytime, in the ⚙️ Settings tab. The change takes effect on the next monthly payout run. Existing Zinn Wallet balance stays in the wallet to be spent on the platform — it won't retroactively transfer to an external method.

I want to add the other track — how?

Head to the application page from your dashboard. The form detects you're already approved on one track and shows the streamlined "Add another track" version. See Section 18 for the full walkthrough of what's involved.

What does "Bad standing" on the leaderboard mean?

It indicates an ambassador has at least one active enforcement issue — paused earnings, suspended status, an overdue ambassador check, or similar. They still appear in the rankings but are visibly flagged for review. If you see it on your own row, check your status card to identify what's blocking you and resolve it before the month closes.

How do I appeal a rejection or suspension?

Termination and rejection decisions made at Zinn Hub's discretion are final. There's no formal appeal process, but you can email [email protected] with new information for reconsideration. Zinn Hub may, but isn't obliged to, review the decision.

I think a leaderboard prize was miscalculated

Leaderboard standings are final once the month closes on the 1st. Check the scaling indicator — if it shows partial or no-pay, prizes scale to 50% or zero respectively. If you believe there's an error, email [email protected] with details.

My referral is asking about something — can you help?

For platform questions, point them to the Help Centre. For order issues, they should message the seller directly via their My Account. For ambassador-related questions, you can use the Send Email tool to help them, or copy the relevant Zinn Hub support link.
