My background includes e-commerce management. I previously worked for Amazon Seller Support, so I understand how seller central works behind the scenes—policy, listings, inventory health, and what can go wrong. I've also managed at least three different e-commerce platforms, giving me a broad view of how online selling works across marketplaces.
