Ambassador Programme Terms & Conditions
Effective date: 1 March 2026 | Last updated: 1 March 2026
Operated by Zinn Digital LTD ("Zinn Hub", "we", "us", "our")
1. Programme Overview
The Zinn Hub Ambassador Programme allows approved participants ("Ambassadors") to earn referral commissions by promoting Zinn Hub and referring new users to the platform. Ambassadors may earn commissions through two channels: referring buyers who make purchases, and referring freelancers ("Zinners") who register and publish approved services ("Zinns") on the platform.
2. Eligibility & Registration
- You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to participate in the Ambassador Programme.
- By registering, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and that all information provided during registration is accurate and truthful.
- Zinn Hub reserves the right to approve, reject, or terminate any Ambassador account at its sole discretion, with or without reason.
- You may hold only one Ambassador account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited (see Section 10).
3. Commission Structure
3.1 Purchase Referrals (Buyer Commissions)
When a user you refer makes a qualifying purchase on Zinn Hub, you earn a commission of 5% of the order value (excluding taxes, fees, and shipping where applicable).
3.2 Freelancer Referrals (Zinner Commissions)
When a freelancer you refer registers as a Zinner and publishes their first Zinn that is approved by Zinn Hub administration, you earn a flat referral fee of $5.00 (USD). The referral fee is only earned once per referred Zinner and is only credited upon successful publication and approval — registration alone does not qualify.
3.3 Referral Tracking
Referrals are tracked via a cookie-based system with a 30-day attribution window. The referred user must complete the qualifying action (purchase or Zinn publication) within 30 days of clicking your referral link for the commission to be attributed to your account.
3.4 Commission Rate Changes
Commission rates and referral fees are set at Zinn Hub's sole discretion and may be adjusted at any time. Changes take effect immediately for all new referral activity occurring after the change. Commissions already earned at the previous rate prior to any change will be honoured.
4. Payouts
4.1 Payout Schedule
All commissions are paid 30 days in arrears. Commissions earned in a given calendar month become eligible for payout 30 days after the end of that month.
4.2 Payout Methods
Payouts are processed via the following methods, subject to availability in your region:
| Method | Details |
|---|---|
| PayPal | Sent to your registered PayPal email address |
| Stripe | Direct payout via Stripe Connect |
| Bank Transfer | Via Stripe connected bank account (where supported) |
| Cryptocurrency | USDT on TRC-20 (Tron) or BEP-20 (BNB Smart Chain) networks |
You are responsible for providing accurate payout details. Zinn Hub is not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect payment information provided by you.
4.3 No Minimum Payout Threshold
There is no minimum balance required to receive a payout. All eligible commissions will be paid according to the standard payout schedule.
5. Quality Checks & Referred Freelancer Reviews
- Quality check pending at payout date: If a freelancer you referred is currently undergoing a quality review at the time your payout is due, the referral fee for that freelancer will not be included in that payout cycle. It will be held back and rolled over to the next payout date, pending the outcome of the review.
- Failed quality check: If a referred freelancer fails a quality check, or has their account suspended, rejected, or removed as a result of a quality review, the referral fee for that freelancer will be permanently removed from your account and will not be paid.
- Incomplete seller verification: If a referred freelancer does not complete the required seller verification checks (identity, payment setup, or any other mandatory onboarding steps), the referral fee will not be credited and will be removed from your account prior to payout.
6. Chargebacks, Refunds & Disputed Purchases
- If a purchase made by a referred buyer results in a chargeback, refund, or successful payment dispute, the commission earned on that transaction will be deducted from your account.
- If the deduction exceeds your current balance, the negative amount will be carried forward and offset against future earnings.
- Chargebacks and refunds also affect leaderboard standings (see Section 7).
7. Monthly Leaderboard & Bonus Rewards
7.1 Leaderboard Prizes
Top-performing Ambassadors may earn monthly bonus rewards based on their leaderboard position. Current prize tiers are:
| Position | Monthly Bonus |
|---|---|
| 1st Place | $500 |
| 2nd–3rd Place | $200 each |
| 4th–10th Place | $50 each |
Prize amounts and tier structures are set at Zinn Hub's sole discretion and may change from month to month. Updated prize information will be displayed on the Ambassador dashboard.
7.2 Leaderboard Eligibility Rules
The following referrals are excluded from leaderboard calculations and do not count towards your monthly position:
- Freelancers currently under quality review: Referred Zinners undergoing a quality check at the time of leaderboard calculation will not be counted. If they subsequently pass, they will count towards the following month's leaderboard.
- Freelancers who failed a quality check: Referred Zinners who have failed a quality review, or whose accounts have been suspended or removed, are permanently excluded from all leaderboard calculations.
- Purchases subject to chargebacks or refunds: Any referred purchase that has been refunded, charged back, or successfully disputed is excluded from leaderboard calculations and will be deducted from your referral total.
Leaderboard positions are calculated at the end of each calendar month based on qualifying referrals only. Zinn Hub's determination of final standings is conclusive.
8. Ambassador Conduct & Acceptable Use
As a Zinn Ambassador, you agree to promote Zinn Hub in an honest, ethical, and professional manner. You must not:
- Make false, misleading, or exaggerated claims about Zinn Hub, its services, its freelancers, or the Ambassador Programme.
- Engage in unsolicited bulk messaging (spam), including via email, social media, messaging apps, or any other channel.
- Use paid advertising that bids on Zinn Hub brand terms (e.g. "Zinn Hub", "ZinnHub") without prior written approval.
- Impersonate Zinn Hub or represent yourself as an employee, partner, or official representative of Zinn Hub.
- Refer yourself, or use your own referral link to make purchases on your own account or accounts you control.
- Engage in cookie stuffing, link injection, forced redirects, or any other technique designed to artificially generate referral attributions.
- Promote Zinn Hub on websites or platforms that contain illegal, hateful, violent, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable content.
9. Use of Zinn Hub Brand Assets
Ambassadors may use Zinn Hub's name, logo, and approved marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting the Ambassador Programme. You must not alter, modify, or misrepresent any Zinn Hub brand assets. Zinn Hub may provide approved marketing materials via the Ambassador dashboard. All intellectual property rights in Zinn Hub's brand, name, logo, and content remain the sole property of Zinn Digital LTD.
10. Fraud, Abuse & Account Termination
The following activities constitute grounds for immediate termination of your Ambassador account and forfeiture of all unpaid commissions and leaderboard rewards:
- Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one Ambassador account, including via different email addresses, identities, or payment details linked to the same individual.
- IP and device manipulation: Creating accounts or generating referrals from the same IP address under different identities, or consistent use of VPNs, proxies, or similar tools to mask the origin of account registrations or referral activity.
- Self-referral: Referring accounts you own or control, or colluding with others to generate fraudulent referrals.
- Fake or incentivised registrations: Referring users who register solely to generate referral fees with no genuine intent to use the platform, or offering direct monetary incentives to users to register via your link (e.g. "sign up and I'll pay you $3").
- Manipulation of referral tracking: Any attempt to interfere with, circumvent, or exploit the referral tracking system.
- Any other activity that Zinn Hub reasonably determines to be fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful to the platform, its users, or the Ambassador Programme.
Upon termination for fraud or abuse, all pending commissions, accrued balances, and leaderboard rewards are permanently revoked and will not be paid. Zinn Hub may also pursue any additional legal remedies available.
11. Limitation of Liability
- Zinn Hub provides the Ambassador Programme on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee any minimum level of earnings, referral volume, or conversion rates.
- Zinn Hub is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your participation in the programme, including lost commissions due to technical issues, tracking failures, or platform downtime.
- Our total liability to you in connection with the Ambassador Programme shall not exceed the total commissions actually paid to you in the six (6) months immediately preceding any claim.
12. Relationship of the Parties
You are an independent participant in the Ambassador Programme. Nothing in these terms creates an employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, or agency arrangement between you and Zinn Hub or Zinn Digital LTD. You are solely responsible for your own tax obligations arising from any commissions or rewards earned through the programme.
13. Privacy & Data
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Referral data, including the identity and activity of referred users, is tracked and stored for the purposes of commission calculation, fraud prevention, and programme administration.
14. Changes to These Terms
It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly. Your continued participation in the Ambassador Programme following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent changes were made.
15. Programme Suspension & Discontinuation
Zinn Hub reserves the right to suspend or permanently discontinue the Ambassador Programme at any time. In the event of discontinuation, all commissions already earned and eligible for payout will be honoured according to the standard payout schedule. No further commissions will accrue after the programme is suspended or discontinued.
16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
