- A completed onboarding form covering your brand, niche, target audience, and goals

- Your brand assets ; logo, brand colors, and any existing content guidelines

- Admin access to your scheduling platform (you retain full account ownership at all times)

- At least 3 reference accounts or content examples you love, so I can match your vision

- Clear communication; a response window of 24–48 hours for approvals and feedback

- A minimum 1-month commitment so the strategy has time to work
