Switch from Sribu to Zinn Hub

Sribu (sribu.com) is an Indonesian freelance marketplace built around professional services, design contests and instant job posts, in Bahasa Indonesia and in rupiah, with an English interface alongside. Zinn Hub sells the same kind of work worldwide, in 45 languages, priced in USD.

What Sribu publishes about itself

Everything here comes from Sribu’s own site. Where Sribu does not publish something, this page leaves it out rather than filling the gap from a comparison article.

A design-led Indonesian marketplace

Sribu’s own tagline offers three routes: professional services, design contests and an instant job post. Its category tree runs to more than 200 job categories and leans heavily towards graphic design and branding.

It was previously Sribulancer

Sribu’s own structured data lists Sribulancer as an alternate name and its own description says it was previously known as Sribulancer. The sribulancer.com domain now redirects to Sribu, so any statistic attributed to the old brand is genuinely ambiguous.

There is a real English interface

Sribu runs an English version of the site with its own English title and English chrome. It is a properly localised interface rather than a machine-translation overlay.

Bahasa Indonesia and rupiah

Bahasa Indonesia is the primary interface and prices are in rupiah. The operating company is PT. Sribu Digital Kreatif, in Jakarta.

The catalogue is actively curated

Its live category tree includes a current AI services branch — AI video, AI image generation, AI voice-over and AI prompt writing — which is a reasonable signal that the catalogue is being maintained.

No fee figure is published

Sribu does not publish a platform fee or commission rate on its public pages, so no Sribu fee appears anywhere on this page. That is a statement about what is published, and nothing more.

Source: Sribu’s own site at sribu.com — its Indonesian and English home pages, its own category tree and its own structured data. This page quotes no Sribu fee, no user count and nothing about ownership, because none of those is published there.

Three ways to earn on Zinn Hub

One account, three routes to a sale. Use one of them, or all three — there is no extra charge for any of them.

Zinns Fixed price

Publish a service at a price you set. Buyers pay at checkout, exactly like buying a product. You can also list Micro Zinns — small fixed-price tasks at $5, $10, $15 or $20 — as a low-friction way for a new buyer to try you.

Projects Free proposals

Buyers post a brief and you send a proposal. Posting a project is free for the buyer, and proposals are free to send — there are no bidding credits to buy. Browse the open briefs in Projects.

Freelancer profile Inbound

A public profile in the freelancer directory with your skills, rates and portfolio. Buyers browse it by category and by skill and hire you directly, without you listing anything at all.

Why Indonesian freelancers add a worldwide channel

A domestic marketplace and an international one do different jobs. This is what the second one is actually for.

Buyers in 45 languages

Your Zinns, your profile and your proposals are published across 45 site languages. The same design work is then discoverable by someone searching in Spanish, German, Japanese or Hindi.

Earning in USD

Every Zinn Hub order is priced and settled in USD, and refunds are credited in USD too. Buyers can view an approximate equivalent in 59 display currencies, but the amount you are owed is a dollar figure.

A published fee ladder

You can read the whole thing before you start: 0% up to $500 in lifetime sales, then 20%, 15%, 13%, 10% and 8%, with two optional flat-rate memberships and no buyer fee at all.

Work that is not a contest

A fixed-price Zinn is bought at checkout, and a Project proposal is free to send. Speculative work is something you choose, not the price of entry.

Paid into your own account

Connect your own Stripe or PayPal in the Payment Setup Wizard and buyers pay you directly at checkout, with no payout queue in between.

A first order a stranger will risk

A buyer in another country who has never met you will often start with a Micro Zinn at $5 to $20. That first small order is how the reviews start.

Ce que vous obtenez sur Zinn Hub

One column, all Zinn Hub. There is no Sribu column because Sribu publishes no fee to put in one, and a comparison grid with an invented cell in it is worse than no grid at all.

How to move your listings across

You are adding a channel, not closing one. The import tool is free and nothing is submitted until you have checked it.

  1. Créer un compte Zinner gratuit

Registration is free and there is no subscription to start. Sign up at Become a Zinner.

  2. Run the two setup wizards

The Store Setup Wizard builds your storefront — logo, banner, bio and portfolio. The Payment Setup Wizard is where you connect your own Stripe or PayPal, or choose platform-protected payments.

  3. Import your listings

Open Import My Services in your dashboard, paste a listing — or your whole public profile — and the tool rebuilds it as ready-to-review Zinns. It is free, with 10 free imports and images included.

  4. Preview, confirm, publish

Nothing is submitted until you preview and confirm it. Then use the Zinn Creation Wizard for anything you would rather write from scratch, and start sending free proposals in Projects.

Bringing your listings and your reviews across

Import My Services is a free, self-serve tool in your Zinner dashboard. Paste one listing and it rebuilds the title, description, packages and FAQs as a single Zinn; paste your whole public profile and it proposes up to three Zinns and you tick the ones you want. Up to 10 of your reviews come across per Zinn, word for word — reviewer name, star rating, review text and date. You also paste the address of the page you copied from, because our team checks every import, and especially the reviews, against your original page before the Zinn goes live.

What to expect in your first month

The honest version: what carries over from another marketplace, what you build here, and how the money works.

Your listings, in 45 languages

Zinn Hub is available in 45 site languages, and your Zinns, profile and project proposals are published across all of them. You can be messaged in 57 languages in total — the 45 site languages plus 12 more for messages, notifications and emails.

Paid into your own account

Connect your own Stripe or PayPal in the Payment Setup Wizard and buyers pay you directly at checkout — there is no payout queue to wait for. Zinners on platform-protected payments are paid from the Friday payout run once the order completes.

Payment protection, when the buyer wants it

A buyer who chooses a Platform Protected Zinner has their payment held by Zinn Hub for the whole order until it completes. Refunds are credited to the buyer’s Zinn Wallet in full, in USD.

Reviews you can point at

A review on Zinn Hub requires a confirmed purchase. Across the marketplace that is a 4.9 average from 39,000+ verified-purchase reviews, and up to 10 of your existing reviews can be imported per Zinn, word for word.

Micro Zinns as a way in

Fixed-price tasks at $5, $10, $15 or $20 give a cautious new buyer a cheap first order with you. Browse them by category or by price: $5, $10, $15 and $20.

Where design work lives here

List under logo design, graphic design, branding or presentation design; take briefs as a Logo Design or Packaging & Label Design freelancer; or appear under a skill such as Figma or Canva.

Switching from Sribu — your questions answered

No. Zinn Hub asks for no exclusivity. Most people who add it keep their existing account running exactly as before and simply publish a few Zinns here to see what international demand looks like.
Because Sribu does not publish one on its public pages. Rather than repeat a percentage from a comparison article that cannot be traced back to Sribu, this page states no Sribu fee at all. What Zinn Hub charges is published in full on the pricing page.
0% commission on your first $500, then tiered rates that fall as you sell — as low as 7% on Agency Zinner. The ladder is 0% up to $500 in lifetime sales, 20% to $2,500, 15% to $10,000, 13% to $15,000, 10% to $20,000 and 8% above. Pro Zinner is $25 a month for a flat 8% and Agency Zinner is $50 a month for a flat 7%. Buyers pay no platform fee.
Yes, through the free Import My Services tool in your Zinner dashboard. Paste one listing and it rebuilds it as a complete Zinn; paste your whole public profile and it proposes up to three. Up to 10 reviews come across per Zinn, word for word, and you paste the address of the page you copied from so our team can check them against the original before the Zinn goes live.
No. Paste your listing in the language you are comfortable with. Non-English catalogue content is normalised into English, and that English is what gets published across all 45 site languages — and you preview and confirm it before anything is submitted. Buyers can message you in 57 languages in total.
Connect your own Stripe or PayPal and the buyer pays your account directly at checkout. Choose platform-protected payments instead and Zinn Hub holds the payment for the whole order until it completes, then pays you from the Friday payout run.
Refunds are credited to the buyer’s Zinn Wallet in full, in USD. There is no refund-to-card flow. A buyer who picks a Platform Protected Zinner has their payment held by Zinn Hub for the whole order until it completes, which is what makes them comfortable ordering from someone new.
Yes. Zinners are verified with government-issued photo ID and evidence of their skills and past work, and buyers can filter the directory to verified Zinners only. Every review requires a confirmed purchase, which is why the marketplace-wide figure — a 4.9 average from 39,000+ verified-purchase reviews — is worth quoting.
