Passer de Lancers à Zinn Hub

Lancers (ランサーズ) puts bidding, contests, tasks and fixed-price packages under one Japanese-language roof. Zinn Hub covers the same ground with three earning channels — fixed-price Zinns, free proposals on Projects, and a public profile buyers hire from — and pays no attention to which one you use.

Three ways to earn on Zinn Hub

A move is only worth making if there is more on the other side. The same skills feed three separate routes to a sale here — use one, two, or all three from a single account.

ZinnsWhat you already do

Fixed-price packages buyers purchase at checkout — the same shape as a Lancers package listing. You set the price, scope and delivery time. Browse live Zinns.

ProjectsNew revenue stream

Buyers post a brief, you send a proposal, they choose. Proposals are free and there are no bidding credits to buy. See open projects.

Freelancer DirectoryNew revenue stream

A public profile with your skills, rates and portfolio that buyers hire from directly — no listing and no proposal. Browse the directory.

One listing surfaceway to be found — publish, then wait to be discovered
On Zinn Hubways to be found — passive, active and inbound

Three acquisition channels, one set of skills.

The work does not change; the number of ways a buyer can arrive at it does. A Zinn they buy outright, a Project you win with a free proposal, or a directory profile they hire you from — plus Micro Zinns at $5 to $20 as a low-risk entry point.

Six things worth weighing up before you move

Every marketplace is a set of trade-offs. These are the questions worth asking of any platform, answered for Zinn Hub.

You want a rate that moves with your volume

Zinn Hub’s seller rate is tied to lifetime sales: 0% on the first $500, then a ladder stepping down to 8%. A Pro Zinner membership is a flat 8% and Agency Zinner a flat 7%, whichever suits your volume.

You want to bid without paying to bid

Proposals on Zinn Hub Projects are free. There are no bidding credits to buy, and posting a project costs a buyer nothing either.

You want work that finds you

The Freelancer Directory is a public profile buyers browse and hire from directly — no listing to maintain and no proposal to write.

You want to sell beyond one language market

Zinn Hub reads in 45 site languages including Japanese, with 12 more you can be messaged in. Prices are set and paid in USD, and buyers can view an approximate equivalent in 59 display currencies.

You want the money to land in your account

Connect your own Stripe or PayPal and buyers pay you directly at checkout. Zinners on platform-protected payments are paid from the payout run each Friday.

You want to keep your track record visible

The import tool carries up to 10 reviews per Zinn across, word for word with the reviewer’s name, star rating and date, badged as imported and checked against the source URL you supply.

How to move your Lancers listings across

No application to fill in and nobody to wait for: the Import My Services tool does the rebuilding, you check it and confirm.

  1. S'inscrire en tant que Zinner

Registration is free. Create your account, then save your ⚙ My Details preset in the AI Zinn Creator — a two-minute one-off that unlocks Import My Services in your dashboard.

  2. Paste a listing into Import My Services

Copy your public Lancers listing or profile and paste it into the tool — pick Other Platforms in the picker. It rebuilds the title, description, every package with its price, delivery and revisions, the FAQs and the requirements. About two minutes per Zinn, and every Zinner gets 10 free imports.

  3. Bring your reviews, then preview and confirm

Up to 10 reviews come across per Zinn, word for word, with the reviewer’s name, star rating and date — badged as imported and checked against the source URL you paste in. Images are generated free, or upload your own. You edit the full preview before anything is submitted.

  4. Turn on the other two channels

Publish your directory profile so buyers can hire you without a listing, and send free proposals on Projects. Connect your own Stripe or PayPal to be paid at checkout.

What to expect, honestly. A star rating and a seller level belong to the platform that issued them; no marketplace can move them to another. Imported reviews travel and are shown as imported, but your Zinn Hub rating itself starts again and builds from confirmed purchases here — reviews on Zinn Hub require one. Expect to run both accounts side by side for a while: nothing here asks you to close anything.

Switching from Lancers — your questions answered

No. Nothing on Zinn Hub asks for exclusivity. Move your best-selling listings across first, run both for a while, and let the numbers decide the rest.
Lancers’ own help article states a freelancer system fee of 16.5% of the tax-inclusive contract amount, and a client system fee of 5.5% on top, applied uniformly across every engagement type. Zinn Hub charges the seller 0% commission on your first $500, then tiered rates that fall as you sell — as low as 7% on Agency Zinner, and charges buyers no platform fee at all. The six tiers are published in full on our pricing page.
Yes — with the free Import My Services tool. Copy your public listing or profile, paste it in, and it rebuilds the title, description, packages with their prices, delivery times and revisions, FAQs and requirements as a Zinn you preview and confirm. Lancers is not one of the named platforms in the picker, so choose Other Platforms. Every Zinner gets 10 free imports and each Zinn created uses one.
Reviews, yes — up to 10 per Zinn, imported word for word with the reviewer’s name, star rating and date, clearly badged as imported and checked against the source URL you supply. A platform rating or seller level itself cannot be transferred by anyone; your Zinn Hub rating starts fresh and builds from confirmed purchases here, because reviews on Zinn Hub require one.
No. Zinn Hub is available in 45 site languages, Japanese among them, and you can be messaged in 12 more — 57 languages in total. Buyers read pages in their own language, and messages are translated between your language and theirs.
Everything on Zinn Hub is priced, charged and paid in USD. Connect your own Stripe or PayPal and buyers pay you directly at checkout; Zinners on platform-protected payments are paid from the payout run each Friday instead. Buyers can view an approximate equivalent in 59 display currencies, including the Japanese yen, but the amount charged is always the USD one.
Yes. A Micro Zinn is a fixed-price service at $5, $10, $15 or $20. It is the cheapest way for a new buyer to try you and the fastest way to learn what sells here — browse Translation & Languages Micro Zinns to see the format.

No. There is no country, location or timezone filter, and verification checks identity and skills, not where you live. Buyers filter by category, skill, rating, Zinner type, payment mode and payment methods.
