Switch from Projects.co.id to Zinn Hub

Projects.co.id runs three Indonesian marketplaces side by side — bid-based projects, fixed-price services and digital products — in Bahasa Indonesia, in rupiah, with escrow and a fully published fee schedule. Zinn Hub sells the same kinds of work worldwide, in 45 languages, priced in USD.

What Projects.co.id publishes about itself

Projects.co.id has the most complete public fee schedule of any platform in this series — a single page, no login required — so it can be quoted precisely.

Three marketplaces in one

Projects (a client posts a brief and workers bid), Services (fixed-price productised gigs) and Products (digital goods delivered instantly — e-books, scripts, templates, themes) run side by side, each with its own fee treatment. There is also a formal arbitration function and an affiliate programme.

Escrow is in the name

Its own page title uses rekberrekening bersama, the Indonesian term for a joint escrow account. Funds sit with the platform until the work is accepted.

Buyers pay nothing

Publishing a project, accepting a bid and accepting a worker are all listed as free on its own pricing page.

A genuine low-value exemption for workers

Bidding is free. Work on a project budgeted from Rp 50,000 to Rp 100,000 carries no worker fee at all; above Rp 100,000 it is 12%. A published exemption like that is unusual and worth knowing about.

Digital products are 20%

Publishing a product is free; selling one is 20%. Withdrawals are free to four named Indonesian banks and Rp 7,500 to others, with a Rp 10,000 minimum.

The Services rate is not published

The pricing page sets out rates for the Projects and Products marketplaces but not for the Services marketplace, so no figure for Services is quoted here — assuming the 20% product rate carries over would be a guess.

Source: the Projects.co.id public pricing page at projects.co.id/public/pages/pricing, and its own site footer (PT Panonpoe Media, Bandung). The rates are Projects.co.id’s own, published by Projects.co.id, and a platform can change its pricing — check the source before you rely on it. No user, revenue or ownership figure is quoted here.

Three ways to earn on Zinn Hub

One account, three routes to a sale. Use one of them, or all three — there is no extra charge for any of them.

Zinns Fixed price

Publish a service at a price you set. Buyers pay at checkout, exactly like buying a product. You can also list Micro Zinns — small fixed-price tasks at $5, $10, $15 or $20 — as a low-friction way for a new buyer to try you.

Projects Free proposals

Buyers post a brief and you send a proposal. Posting a project is free for the buyer, and proposals are free to send — there are no bidding credits to buy. Browse the open briefs in Projects.

Freelancer profile Inbound

A public profile in the freelancer directory with your skills, rates and portfolio. Buyers browse it by category and by skill and hire you directly, without you listing anything at all.

Why Indonesian freelancers add a worldwide channel

A well-run domestic marketplace and an international one are complementary, not competing. Here is what the second one brings.

Demand in 45 languages

Zinn Hub publishes your listings across 45 site languages. The same web development or data work is then in front of buyers searching in languages you do not speak.

Priced and paid in USD

Every order on Zinn Hub is priced and settled in US dollars. Buyers can see an approximate equivalent in 59 display currencies, but that is display only — it never changes the amount you are owed.

A fee that falls as you grow

Rather than one rate for everyone, Zinn Hub starts at 0% for your first $500 and steps down as your lifetime sales rise, ending at 8% — or a flat 7% on the Agency Zinner membership.

No fee at all on the buyer side

Buyers pay no platform fee on Zinn Hub, so the price you publish is the price they pay. It removes an argument before it starts.

Three ways to earn from one account

Fixed-price Zinns, free proposals on buyer-posted Projects, and a public profile buyers browse by category and by skill.

A small first order

Micro Zinns at $5 to $20 give an overseas buyer who has never worked with you a cheap, low-risk way to start.

How to move your listings across

This is an addition, not a migration you have to finish in one go. Set it up, import a couple of listings, and grow it from there.

  1. Bepul Zinner hisobini yarating

Registration is free and there is no subscription to start. Sign up at Become a Zinner.

  2. Run the two setup wizards

The Store Setup Wizard builds your storefront — logo, banner, bio and portfolio. The Payment Setup Wizard is where you connect your own Stripe or PayPal, or choose platform-protected payments.

  3. Import your listings

Open Import My Services in your dashboard, paste a listing — or your whole public profile — and the tool rebuilds it as ready-to-review Zinns. It is free, with 10 free imports and images included.

  4. Preview, confirm, publish

Nothing is submitted until you preview and confirm it. Then use the Zinn Creation Wizard for anything you would rather write from scratch, and start sending free proposals in Projects.

Bringing your listings and your reviews across

Import My Services is a free, self-serve tool in your Zinner dashboard. Paste one listing and it rebuilds the title, description, packages and FAQs as a single Zinn; paste your whole public profile and it proposes up to three Zinns and you tick the ones you want. Up to 10 of your reviews come across per Zinn, word for word — reviewer name, star rating, review text and date. You also paste the address of the page you copied from, because our team checks every import, and especially the reviews, against your original page before the Zinn goes live.

What to expect in your first month

What comes across from another marketplace, what you build here, and exactly how you get paid.

Paid into your own account

Connect your own Stripe or PayPal in the Payment Setup Wizard and buyers pay you directly at checkout — there is no payout queue to wait for. Zinners on platform-protected payments are paid from the Friday payout run once the order completes.

Payment protection, when the buyer wants it

A buyer who chooses a Platform Protected Zinner has their payment held by Zinn Hub for the whole order until it completes. Refunds are credited to the buyer’s Zinn Wallet in full, in USD.

Reviews you can point at

A review on Zinn Hub requires a confirmed purchase. Across the marketplace that is a 4.9 average from 39,000+ verified-purchase reviews, and up to 10 of your existing reviews can be imported per Zinn, word for word.

Micro Zinns as a way in

Switching from Projects.co.id — your questions answered

No. There is no exclusivity on Zinn Hub. Keep bidding and selling where you already do, publish a few Zinns here, and let the results decide how much you invest in it.
Projects.co.id’s own pricing page says buyers pay nothing, bidding is free, work on a project budgeted from Rp 50,000 to Rp 100,000 is free, work above Rp 100,000 is 12%, and selling a digital product is 20%; it does not state a rate for its Services marketplace, so none is quoted here. Zinn Hub charges Zinners 0% on their first $500, then tiered rates that fall as you sell — as low as 7% on Agency Zinner, and buyers pay no platform fee. The whole ladder is on the pricing page.
It can, if the buyer wants it to. A buyer who chooses a Platform Protected Zinner has their payment held by Zinn Hub for the whole order until it completes. If instead you connect your own Stripe or PayPal, the buyer pays your account directly at checkout and there is no hold at all. You choose which mode you offer in the Payment Setup Wizard.
Zinn Hub sells services rather than a separate digital-goods marketplace, but the fixed-price Zinn format covers most of what people sell as a productised download — templates, scripts, designs delivered as files — and Micro Zinns at $5 to $20 fit the smallest of them.
Yes. Import My Services is free and self-serve: paste a listing and it rebuilds the title, description, packages and FAQs as a Zinn, or paste your whole public profile and it proposes up to three. Up to 10 reviews come across per Zinn, word for word, and you supply the address of the original page so our team can check them before the Zinn goes live.
Paste your listing in the language you are comfortable writing. Non-English catalogue content is normalised into English, and that English is published across all 45 site languages. You preview and confirm everything first. Buyers can message you in 57 languages in total.
Buyers can pay by card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfer or with 200+ cryptocurrencies. Whatever they use, the order is priced and settled in USD, and that is the currency you are paid in.
No. Registration is free, publishing a Zinn is free, posting or bidding on a Project is free, and your first $500 in sales is commission-free. The only paid items are the two optional flat-rate memberships on the pricing page.
