Three marketplaces in one
Projects (a client posts a brief and workers bid), Services (fixed-price productised gigs) and Products (digital goods delivered instantly — e-books, scripts, templates, themes) run side by side, each with its own fee treatment. There is also a formal arbitration function and an affiliate programme.
Escrow is in the name
Its own page title uses rekber — rekening bersama, the Indonesian term for a joint escrow account. Funds sit with the platform until the work is accepted.
Buyers pay nothing
Publishing a project, accepting a bid and accepting a worker are all listed as free on its own pricing page.
A genuine low-value exemption for workers
Bidding is free. Work on a project budgeted from Rp 50,000 to Rp 100,000 carries no worker fee at all; above Rp 100,000 it is 12%. A published exemption like that is unusual and worth knowing about.
Digital products are 20%
Publishing a product is free; selling one is 20%. Withdrawals are free to four named Indonesian banks and Rp 7,500 to others, with a Rp 10,000 minimum.
The Services rate is not published
The pricing page sets out rates for the Projects and Products marketplaces but not for the Services marketplace, so no figure for Services is quoted here — assuming the 20% product rate carries over would be a guess.

Rather than one rate for everyone, Zinn Hub starts at 0% for your first $500 and steps down as your lifetime sales rise, ending at 8% — or a flat 7% on the Agency Zinner membership.
No fee at all on the buyer side
Buyers pay no platform fee on Zinn Hub, so the price you publish is the price they pay. It removes an argument before it starts.

Nothing is submitted until you preview and confirm it. Then use the Zinn Creation Wizard for anything you would rather write from scratch, and start sending free proposals in Projects.
Bringing your listings and your reviews across
Import My Services is a free, self-serve tool in your Zinner dashboard. Paste one listing and it rebuilds the title, description, packages and FAQs as a single Zinn; paste your whole public profile and it proposes up to three Zinns and you tick the ones you want. Up to 10 of your reviews come across per Zinn, word for word — reviewer name, star rating, review text and date. You also paste the address of the page you copied from, because our team checks every import, and especially the reviews, against your original page before the Zinn goes live.

A buyer who chooses a Platform Protected Zinner has their payment held by Zinn Hub for the whole order until it completes. Refunds are credited to the buyer’s Zinn Wallet in full, in USD.
